yyesterday I got an idea from my brother and I playing outside when he hid from a yellow car saying it was going to kill him

in a dystopia, the government doesn't bother to hide or be stealthy unless needed
everyone wealthy never wears anything that isn't coloril because dye is expensive
so common/middle class people only wear dark colors
and people have learned to fear cars, because usually only wealthy people can have them
and they are all brightly colored
and all the towns are middle class and falling in ruin
and dark and gloomy but the center city where the wealthy and the govt live
its colorful and lit up and such
and he roleplay would be focused on some young adults trying to rebel
and getting tangled up with rich young adults, some who follow them around
out of haughtiness and some who had no idea of what the govt was doing

So the rich people that are okay with associating with the lower classes, they do this why? To be mean and make them feel miserable with their words? In hopes of catching them breaking the law? Slumming it for funsies?

How organised would the rebels be? Just starting out, young folks who want to make a difference but haven't really formulated their plans yet? Or would they have a more experienced leader giving them instructions, some older adult who is bitter or ready for change? Maybe even someone who wants his change no matter what and sees the young folks as expendable? To me, that or them being disorganised and unplanned sounds most interesting.

Also, I have ideas for you, to add to the setting. You don't have to use them of course, but they're little tidbits that may help better paint a picture for people to use.
