the kingdom of SkyBreak was made by 5 ponies. Fluttershy, a shy pony who beloved that pegasi should have a place just to be free. Midnight Lights, a brave pony who believed unicons should be able to practice their magic more often. Frenchie, a pony who believed earth ponies needed more land to grow their crops. Goldie, a pony who believed Celestia and Luna shouldn't be the ruler of everyone. And the youngest, Frosty Turtle, who believed ponies needed freedom and a chance to make a change. And so the 5 ponies made this kingdom. One by one, as each of the ponies beleifs came true, they became alicorns. After they all became alicorns a fire happened. Many ponies were not found in the rubble. Including Fluttershy, Midnight lights, Frenchie, and Goldie. Poor Frosty Turtle was the only one left. She had to rule the kingdom in her own. Disaster like that never happen again. But some say, below SkyBreak, a dark pony by the name of MoonScar lives In his dark prison, waiting for the right moment to strike.

ｔｈｅ ｋｉｎｇｄｏｍ only knows one royal family. never two, or three, only one. it's been that for years, and by now, no one really know why it is that way. they just keep a straight face, and insist that it shall be law merely because their ancestors before followed it, and they weren't about to break tradition. anyone who every tried to change this was quickly recognized as a criminal, and it was the reason why the kingdom split into two. the royal family kept their kingdom in the east, and in the west a new kingdom was born, a new royal family was crowned, and new loyalties were set. villagers, huntsmen, black smiths, farmers, and even mages set their sites for this new kingdom. though many migrated to the west, those who were loyal to the east stayed, and were rewarded for such loyalty. the eastern kingdom now lives in fabulous wealth whilst the western kingdom thrives from it's numerous seaports that bring in all kinds of new things thanks to the pirates that sail the waters.

ｔｏ ｔｈｉｓ ｄａｙ the two kingdoms hold an infamous rivalry against each other. trading is near impossible without some kind of royal consent, and the borders are set and extremely obvious. the only ones who dare to cross these boundaries are the pirates who know no boundaries. townsfolk rarely cross the border, only because they fear that there is a consequence. the people of each kingdom are far too loyal to ever betray their king and queen by crossing the border. because of this, the kingdoms are kept in peace in their on little worlds. pirate tales are the only way that each side can learn about each other, but even then, a pirate's tale is always twisted and distorted to make it a little more interesting. the kingdoms are blind to the possibilities that can be found on the other side, some are very content with this, and others truly hate not knowing anything. some even wish to reunite the two kingdoms to their former glory.

There's a campfire down by the beach, and an ocean with crystal clear water.There's boats if you know how to drive them, there's hiking and climbing in the forest. Let your fantasy flow! This place is yours now, you and your friends secret Island, your own. Go pack your things and meet them at the Harbor for your new adventure! Only time, and yourself can say what will happen, what you will do. You have a month together at the Island!

Hello there, I'm Willowkit17 and I'm in need of at least one new roleplay!
--~I've always been as active as possible, but I do have school most of the year.
--~I can normally roleplay two or more lines, about five sentences, but it depends on what most people are doing and what I'm responding to, and if I have writers block, which I do get semi-often.
--~I will always read every single rule of a roleplay, and often check them before I make a post just in case
--~I don't really post "fancy-posts", I rarely use pictures. I do use some color and centering, but it depends on how awake I am at the time, or how much spare time I have.
-~-I've never argued with another RPer, and I try to be helpful if, for example, someone needs a recap and I know what's going on.
--~I WILL NOT RP 1-DIRECTION, JUSTIN BEIBER, TWILIGHT OR ANYTHING LIKE THOSE!!!
--~I like medieval themes, pirates, magic, werewolves, camps, nekos, fairies, elves, vampires, book/anime themes, cats, wolves or romance RPs.
--~I'm okay with homosexual characters and wont through a fit, I don't judge people, real or not. My characters may once in a while, but I never will.

In 2001 a real world exercise tested the emergency response on a bioterror attack on the continental United States.

The project was called DARKWINTER.

Within just a few days the simulation spiralled out of control. The operation predicted a rapid breakdown in essential institutions, civil disorder and massive civilian casualties.
DARKWINTER has revealed how vulnerable we've become. Our lifestyle, our security, our safety, depends on a delicate and unstable economy.
We've created a system so complicated, we don't understand how to control it. Oil, power, shipping, transport. We live in a complex world, and the more complex it gets, the more fragile it becomes.
The system is based on a global supply chain that gets things where they're needed, just in time. We've built a house of cards, remove just one, and everything falls apart. And what's fuelling this system?

Money.

Americans can spend 90 billion dollars in a single day of shopping. Last year 200 million people swarmed their local stores on November 23rd. We call that day, Black Friday.
Did you know, a flu virus can survive on the surface of a bank note for up to 17 days?

One day there will be a pandemic.

It could happen in the crush of Black Friday sales. A pathogen will jump, from tainted bank notes to human skin, to food, toys, children, and loved ones.
By the time patient Zero feels the first sore throat.

Millions of people will already be infected.

From this point the breakdown will happen fast.

Day 1
Hospitals will reach capacity, panic will strike.

Day 2
Quarantine zones will be established, resources will be rationed, transport will go into lockdown.

Day 3
International trade will stop, the oil will dry up, the stock market will collapse.

Day 4
The power will fail, the shelves will be empty, the taps will run dry. And once hunger and despair take hold, people will do anything for survival.

By Day 5 everyone will be a potential threat.

In 2007 a new presidential directive was signed quietly into law. This maps out the governments response to a crisis. A plan to cope with a real DARKWINTER. It is known as Directive 51.

There are rumours of Shadow Agencies, Sleeper Cells, Covert Agents. But nothing can be confirmed.

Our complex world is prime for breakdown. And once the chaos strikes. There won't be resources to save us all. The only question left is;

What will it take to save what remains?

Owl ;; here, I'm looking for some role-plays to join. I like making them but I enjoy being in other role-plays more. I genuinely do realistic, though I will will do some fantasy if it's good. I'm picky about those. I will do dogs and wolves also. I like using my own form but I'm okay with switching forms and I already have characters made, if you want you can look at my list of people and I use whatever ones you want. I like being able to play a male and a female at the same time kind of thing. I will never just join in with a male and I will sometimes join in with a female, but I still prefer to have both. Though my character list may seem kinda empty is because I'm still tracking down and remaking my characters. :3 Please excuse that. There will probably be some blank characters that I'm making in the list, you want me to use that character then let me know so I can finish that person's form. Also with the Netherwood characters, they are a package deal(Twins).

I enjoy drama, that's one thing I notice when I join role-plays is that there is no drama or too much of it. There doesn't need to be something going on all the time but I like fun things happening, like maybe cheating or a storm. Those are fine with me. Also it doesn't matter if the role-play already started or not. I just don't want to be ignored.. ): Which also sometimes happens.
