"Is he trying to pressure your sister into doing things?" Mason asked.

Shane groaned, getting up. "I'm tired."

"Not that we know of," Mark said.

Mandy nodded. "I know. I'll drive," she said, walking him to the car.

Mason sighed. "Okay, thanks you two."

Shane stumbled out to the car, clearly drunk.

Mark looked at him. "He drinks sometimes, though," he said softly.

Mandy sighed, helping him in. Then she got in, and drove home.

"She's done with him, they are not allowed to date." Mason said.

Shane leaned against the seat.

"They hid it from you once, you don't think they'll do it again?" Makayla asked. "Just hear them out, Dad."

Mandy got to her house, and rubbed his hand. "Ready to go in?"

"If she ends up a teen mom like Maria, I'm leaving. Just to let you two know." Mason said.

Shane nodded, getting out.

"Why?! It's not our fault!" Makayla sighed, and went downstairs.

Mark sighed, and looked at Mason. "When did you become such a jerk?" he asked, and went after Mandy.

Mandy walked inside, and up into her room with him. "Go ahead and go back to sleep," she said, and kissed his cheek.

Mason grabbed Mark's arm. "What did you just call me?!" He yelled, his bipolar acting up again. It only spiked up when he was frustrated, which was happening often.

Shane flopped down on her bed, half asleep. "Where are you sleeping?"

Chloe shifted, restlessly.

Mark tried to pull away. "A jerk," he said. He would stand up to anyone who upset his sister, including Mason.

Mandy shrugged. "I'll sleep on the couch," she said.

Maria rubbed Chloe's leg, trying to soothe her.
