What are Ebon Rats?

Ebon rats are a unique species of wild rat. They come in all kinds of exotic colours and mutations! Sometimes they even have powers. Ebon Rats, or ER, with powers have a glow around them, called Auras.. Red auras mean the rat can control fire, blue means the rat can control water, brown if the rat can control earth and green if the rat has venom. However, those are very rare. Ebon Rats can, if given the right owner and treat, can be tamed. They make very intelligent pets-Even more intelligent than dolphins. They have a means of communicating with their owners through their minds, and make excellent friends. Ebon rats are the size of male fancy rats.

How can they be tamed?

Ebon Rats can be tamed by giving them their favourite food. Sometimes it can be as simple as an apple, others it can be as precise as a 'Bar and a half of Cadbury's dairy milk chocolate made in 2012.' Occasionally you need to give them their favourite treat and impress them with art.

Sometimes Ebon Rats that are destined to be tamed are never given their favourite treat. Or, perhaps, their owner can't look after them anymore for one reason or another. Ebon Rats like that end up here. The pound. They will, eventually, get adopted by people who are kind enough to adopt the poor abandoned creatures. The same rule applies as with normal adoptions. If the Ebon Rat used to have an owner, their favourite food changes.
