Caribou Pack ~ Alpha Female ~ With: Jericho

Watching her brother, Aurora blinked and gave her brother a little nod to show her love. "Jericho, don't you think we should call the pack together, we really need to go hunting." she spoke sternly. Trying to calm her fidgeting she looked into his eyes. "I'm really worried, where is our hunter Magi? I know she went out this morning but why isn't she back yet." Waiting for her brothers reply, she realized how terrible she was at keeping her pack together. There was nothing she wanted more than to be a good leader, she didn't even know where Tiger Lilly had gotten to, the youngest member of her pack was probably feeling lonely. I really need to go find Lilly, what if she is upset or even lost. I hope she knows I care about her Aurora thought to herself, trying to stay calm and keep her emotions hidden, she refused to let them show through her eyes.

Wondering towards his sister he bowed his head in response to her greeting. Jericho could she she was worried, despite her fake bright eyes and grin. Her voice gave it away, Jericho could hear the worry. "I will howl for them, them we can go to the eastern side of the hunting grounds." he told her. Jericho was worried she would get upset about him taking a step forward and taking control, hoping she would let him, he thought I wonder what it is that has got her so wound up. I wish I could help her, but I don't even know how to. Watching her slowly nod, he decided to howl to the pack, hoping they would all respond. He knew if they didn't go hunting soon they would be too weak. Their food pile had run out and he could see his sister getting worried, what else could he do. Lifting his head up and letting out a long howl calling to the pack.

Admiral heard the howl, and padded back over to the two. "That wasn't long," he said, sitting down near them. He flicked an ear. Where were the others? Did they not know the daily routine? It peeved him off slightly, and he thrashed his tail.

Grimshaw

Grimshaw bounded after the Buck and lept onto of its back before biting its rump, he knew it would do much but it was the weight that would slow the Buck down. He noticed Sogna at the back of the pack looking a little bit Anxious or Nervous, flicking one ear Grimshaw decided to talk to his healer and see if they can come up with some sort of agreement. Keeping a mental note of need to speak with Sogna afterwards Grimshaw bite down hard growling hoping the rest of his pack would help himself and Spirit bring it down.

Lothair
3 year old male Lead Fighter of Raven Pack

Lothair watched for awhile and finally having an idea he grinned, turning around he patted towards Songa. Circling around the back of her Lothair eventually next to her side "Songa do you see the Buck's back leg? The one facing us, it's weaker than the rest" Lothair crouched down and was ready to pouncing on the Buck's back "I was thinking you could race in bite it and race out, it might loses its balance" Leaving Sogna to thinking it over Lothair bolted towards the Buck and lept up onto its shoulders bite down on its neck, he hoped Sogna took his advice.

Spirit clenched on with her claws but the buck was flinging her every where. She flew off the buck and landed on her back her small body making a huge 'thud' Spirit shut her eyes and laid still. "Huh." Pain seized her whole body cascading her into unconsciousness.

Sogna pinned her ears back when Lothair came up to her. She knew he was going to ask her to do something. And he did. "But-" she started. Too late. He had already ran off to hunt. Oh well. Not my job. She sat down, ears pinned back in shame. She wished she could do what they asked her to. But she couldn't. It's not a matter of wanting to, it's a matter of ability, Sogna thought. And I just can't do the task they're asking me to do. The femme felt bad, and wanted to do the task Lothair asked of her, but decided against it. They'd just end up with an injured healer. Besides, what power did Lothair have over her? He wasn't any more respected than she was, as far as Sogna was concerned. She huffed in rebellion, but her eyes showed the shame she felt inside.
She watched her pack, smiling sheepishly in encouragement at the progress they were making. Then her eyes landed on Spirit, and her smile disappeared. Songa's eyese bulged. Racing around the hunt, she pricked her ears. How to do this. Sogna raced forward, doing her best to dodge the flying limbs. She reached forward with her jaws open. She grabbed Spirit's scruff, and pulled her with what strength Sogna had. For a wolf that's fairly small in size and rarely hunts or fights, that's not too much strength. She felt a hoof graze her rump, and let go of Spirit with a whimper. She ducked down low to the ground hoping not to get hit, nudging the female. "Get up!" Sogna shouted. This was not a good moment for the female to go unconcious. Sogna knew screaming would do nothing, but went slightly crazy in this moment of confusion.

Spirit didn't move her body was limp and her breathing was shallow. When Sogna screamed at her Spirit silently whimpered, she would do anything to get up but she felt paralyzed.

Grimshaw
4 year old male Alpha Male of Raven Pack

Grimshaw noticed Spirit falling off with a growl he jumped off the Buck circled around and lept for the throat pulling it down towards him almost ripping it. After a couple of hours the Buck finally fell down dead, ignoring everything else he rushed towards Spirit and nuzzled against her before looking up at Sogna. "If i carry her back to the den, do you think you can help her??" he asked in the most kindness voice, he didn't care about the buck is focus was on Spirit ............ Although he never told anyone but Grimshaw was starting to have a crush on Spirit for quite sometime. Turning his head a tear came rolling down, Grimshaw should have suggested another deer .......... He knew Bucks were more lethal when it came to them being prey. Flicking his ear Grimshaw didn't wait for answer and gently put himself underneath Spirit and stood up, so she was on his pack. "Bring that stupid lethal buck back to camp" Grimshaw said in a harsh voice before he patted slowly back to camp with Spirit.

Lothair
3 year old male Lead Fighter of Raven Pack

Lothair didn't see Spirit fallen until Buck had eventually died, he knew Grimshaw had a soft spot for Spirit. Bowing his head Lothair whimpered and he wanted to howl in sadness but decided better of it. Hearing Grimshaw order them to take the buck with them, Lothair sighed knowing it will be a work out taking the heavy buck back to camp and over all the rocks. Not really wanting to disobey his brother, Lothair grapped the bucks neck and started dragging it after Grimshaw hoping the rest of his pack would help him.

Spirit felt a warm body against hers, she slightly opened her eyes but everything was blurry. She whimpered in pain, Spirit desperately tried to move but her body refused. She didn't know who had picked her up but expected it to be Lothair considering he did everything his brother Grimshaw had asked.

Sognatore nodded, but her jaw dropped in awe. Her hard alpha was crying. An amazing sight, if you ask Sogna. The femme quickly said, "I can, but if she's not concious, then I can't do much for her internally. I'll do my best to patch her up, though." She gave a little smile of encouragement. She almost wanted to go back and help Lothair drag the buck back, but knew she couldn't. She had other things to do. Racing back to camp at her highest sprint, she was panting as she arrived at camp before any others. Nosing through her supplies, Sogna whimpered nervously. "Poppy seeds, marigold, comfrey, possibly cobwebs," Sogna began naming off to herself. She pulled out her supplies, but noticed she only had one flower of comfrey. Not nearly enough for Spirit's broken bones, if she had any. Grumbling, Sogna looked out, wondering how close to camp they were. Deciding to just use that one piece and look for more later or have somebody find it for her if need be, Sognatore sat down in her den. Rearranging the herbs she may need to use for this, she sat down next to them, and curled her tail around her paws. Ears pricked, she waited for the two.
