Welcome!
I'm rarely online, but when I am this is one of the few threads I check. Hopefully its the case for most of the members here xD
I'm glad you have an interest in nuclear power. It's clearly had some bad press with Fukushima recently, and Chernobyl much before that, but I truly believe that nuclear power needs to be embraced around the world to have a source of sustainable, high volume energy. Other renewable sources are good too, of course, but nuclear fusion needs to be used too. Just my opinion

Hullo! So, let me tell you, I am by no stretch a scientist, but I've always had a deep, unspoken interest in our universe! Okay, I don't know about unspoken, but I don't usually get to explore the subject. What I know about it usually comes from when I slip away to Google stuff, and read about it for hours at a time! Y'know, I'm most certainly a trekkie and mstie! (Noticed there were some other msties on here, and let me tell you that made my life!) *sigh* It's a shame I'll never have the opportunity to explore space from a starship. I've got a small telescope, and have a constant yearning to gaze at the stars all night, every night. It's something I would always love to talk, and learn more about!

Hi I'm Unisus I'm a nerd and I'm here to bring this thread back for the sake of science.
I'm currently in ninth grade, taking only one science class since I can't take more but spending all my time on the computer doing research on my own. My specific interests in science include astronomy, cosmology, particle physics, computer science, and coding (beginning Python, HTML and Javascript).
