I think it would be a good idea if we checked all of the 1st gen JMD's and see if they are being taken care of... If not, put them for readoption, there are too many 1st gens not taken care of.

As many have said before, it would be a waste of work and time. And we cannot just revoke a bunch of people's characters just because they aren't active with them on CS...
It's a good idea, but also a bad idea.
