Ranger looked at the Golden mare before grazin some more.

Blue nodded, breaking into a trot after him. A man came outside to look around, all he saw was two shadows in the bushes, when he came closer, there was nothing there, except the ghostly sound of receding hoofbeats. Blue's tail streamed out behind her as she followed Thunder, allowing him to take the lead by a fox length, following him as the rain steadily beat down.

Thunders entire blue roan body became a light black colour sinking into the darkness as they pushed on.

Once they were a distance away, Blue slowed, "Thank you." she snorted sincerely, she couldn't explain the relief that had flooded through her body at the sight of Thunder.

Thunder nodded, "No problem" he answered back, slowing to a walk, "It was quite fun actually, we'll the chase was" he added.

Blue shook her head, "Honestly? You definitely are something different." she snorted, laughing lightly. She stopped suddenly as a huge shape loomed out of the dark, she took a step back but at a bolt of lightning she saw it was only a boulder. She shook her head at herself for being so paranoid, "How can being hunter by men be 'fun'?" she snorted disbelievingly.

Thunder laughed slightly, "Because they don't know where I am half the time, I'll suddenly be behind them instead of infront" he answered.

Blue laughed, "That would of been funny." she snorted, before her ears went back, looking around, she'd heard something, that was for sure, but what?

Pricking his ears he heard the sound also, stepping silently infront of his mare he could see something's eyes...

Blue stepped back, her ears flat, but then shook her wet mane, stepping forward, she'd had a mare once that had been in her old herd briefly, and she'd lost her band stallion to a mountain lion. -what should it be?-
