.. I hate to barge in/spam O-o

but I had a dane that just died, at exactly eight years of age. [At the time we had no money *winter time D;..*, his stomach flipped and he died ;-; I felt so bad we couldn't do much to help him..]

My pretty harlequin [Click, for anyone that wants to see <3 picture about a month or two before he actually died] I've had since he was born ;-; he was from the one and only litter my parents had out of our 'show-quality-danes'

We thought of getting another, but Dad was too heartbroken >< danes are amazing dogs.. mine thought he was a lap dog O-o he'd crawl onto your lap if you let him, and he'd steal my bed when I wasn't looking D8

over-all he was an amazing guard dog, too <3 once people saw his size, they turned around, and if they didn't, he'd bark once and they were gone xD

soo.. even though they don't live long, I'd do it again and again just to have one of those amazing dogs :c I grew up with them, this is the first time in my entire life one has not been by my side.

I'm completely clueless with other breeds.. ^^' I have an American pit bull terrier and an Alaskan Malamute right now, and it's like.. wow.. huge difference. I'll never get another different breed after these two. Ever. ;-; I'm not use to the different looks and attitudes, both of my current dogs are afraid of everything D8 my pit hides under a blanket every time someone knocks on the door, and my malamute just runs away

Aw :c I know most about labs because my dog is part lab./endspam
