Kat's head snapped towards the howl. "NO!!" she screamed again knowing that it was Lucian. In the heat of the moment and without thinking she jumped out of the tree and fell about 5 stories down. AS soon as she leaped she looked at the ground and saw the ground coming closer fast. Wrath took over and snapped her wings out and her left foot hit the ground but took less damage then it would have. But it was still broken.

Unlike emment he was still in control when he phased, Lucian followed Katz scent to the tree she had fallen from. He gave a small whimmper seeing her as he appeared through the brushes

Kat looked at him."Lucian?" She asked the black wolf looking into the eyes as her wings collapsed and she fell to the ground for she had been hovering. As she fell she landed on her broken ankle first. "d*** it." She muttered under her breathe digging her hands into the dirt from the pain.

he went to her side and muzzled under her till she was on his back.

Kat grabbed onto his fur and held on. She tried to put her foot in good spot.

He went slow and made sure her injury didn't hit anything. He turned human once they got back and took kat on his arms. Carrying her inside he set her gently on the couch

Kat smiled. "You actually phased back with out help." She said confused. "Most dont master that on their own untill the third day. " She said impressed.

"Without being a reaper I'm in control of myself. Besides I've been around every creature since I was born so I pick up on how most creatures to what." He said

Kat looked away. "I wish i could say the same for me." she said. "Did i ever tell you the reason why i killed emment?" She asked Lucian with tears trailing down her face.
