EDIT: i googled it! "Includes pup's, omega, and adult members. There can be different ranks for any subordinates. Caretaker, pup sitter, hunter, etc. Subordinates submit to the higher ranking wolves such as the alpha and/or beta. Usally by submissive behavior."

[center]Totum limped through the forest, heading straight to the place he used to call home. Many lives were at stake now. Not everyone was exactly safe anymore. He could hear a lot of howling and talking out in the distance, but he focused on trying to maintain his steady pace. He had not gone this fast in a long while. A split second passed - and the scent of elk was in his nose and mouth. Possibly his pack-mates had caught it? Hopefully so. Totum did not despise rogues - he had been one of them, once. Now that the pack was beginning to turn downhill... well, Totum may have to set his beliefs aside.

(What location is everyone at? I want to end my forest-wandering and have some interaction. C:)

"Not now, but thanks," Apocalypse grunted, he didn't need to be the sweet charming brute. Ugh. The thought disgusted him. He looked around, and saw some action. He padded to Isinn, and spotted the two loners. Instantly he snarled at them, knowing that they weren't friendly because of Isinn's hostility to them. Apocalypse turned to Isinn, and asked, "so what happened?"

Ísinn glanced over at Apocalypse, then turned her gaze back to the loners. [b]"They tried to steal our prey," she growled lowly, eyes trained on them. If looks could kill, they'd have died a long time ago. "We're just..." she paused. "debating." she finished smoothly, forcing her fur to lay flat. Anger bubbled up beneath her skin, but she had to remain calm. For the reputation of her pack. She smiled lightly. "Would you mind staying here with us? I'm sure they'd love company." She scanned his eyes, pleadingly. She and Eris almost lost the battle earlier. These two were strong fighters, and she could use backup if another fight broke out.

'My name is Josiah. I like my name, it really feels like me. It fits my looks, because it seems like the type of name for a black wolf, a brute that is. My father gave it to me actually, his name was Carnassial, and he said he wanted his son to have a less agressive name. My mother was happy with that and settled with Josiah.'

'I am a tom. Quite surprised you'd ask me that actually, but if you want to mistake it then you are allowed to. There isn't any rule saying you can't. I was born a brute, and I will most probably remain a brute mind you. But still, try to learn the difference between a brute and a fae, because that will come in handy for the future if you come across any cranky ones.'

'I'm 4 years old. I think that's a respectable age, I mean it's not to old or too young. And the older you are, the more experience you have right? Yep, I'm just trying to convince myself, but in some way that is true. As a pup I had no experience and I wanted to know more, now my wich has been granted. My father was pretty old a wise, so I want to be like him, old and wise, wise enough to have young wolves respect you.'

'I am an subcoordinate. For me, I have to say it kinda is fun, but not really. I get really tired of having to show the other wolves a large amount of respect just because we're a lower rank than them. It's really annoying and irritating, especially if the one I have to respect is a good for nothing wolf. But I'm glad I'm not an omega, in fact I feel pretty sorry for them because they have to show even more respect.'

'Well, my coat is fully black, a raven black to be precise. Although there are bits of fur missing from my flank because of scars and such, I have one big one going down my shoulder that is really visible. Not quite sure how I got it though, must've been either a lone wolf or some evil tree branch. I'm also wondering whether scars expand their size as we grow bigger, like say you got a scar as a pup, and when you grow, does it also grow? I don't know. My eyes are grey, dark, pale grey I guess. I think that it's a color which suits my name and overall personality. A grey color that is really unpredictable, reckless, calm, and such. Not that I care...'

Josiah is not good with words, and can be very blunt and rude to others without realising. He can be quite overconfident at times, thinking he can do things that others cannot, and puts himself in danger often. He doesn't have that many friends, so he is often independent and misunderstood due to his lack of sociality, but he never leaves anyone to die alone. Josiah is a calm and collected character as well, rarely showing any signs of distress and his laid-back attitude adds to that trait. He tries not to attract much attention from the others, because of his strong emotions which take control over him from time to time. Mostly hanging out on trees or dozing in a meadow, he isn't really anti-social, but he just doesn't interact with others that much. Josiah has no problem talking to anyone, it's just his habit to wander off by himself. He is willing to die for others, always saying that it's better to die together than die alone.

Josiah had a family of three, including him. His mother was a born, raised pack member named Vier. She spent her whole life serving in the pack den since she was born and at 3 years, she had Josiah. Back then Josiah was a reckless one and he was always getting himself involved in something, always wanting to do important things. His father was a loner that managed to sneak in on their territory and mate, his father was named Carnassial. Vier was a dark brown wolf and Carnassial was a russet brown one. Josiah still has no idea how he managed to have a fully black coat.

H ɪ s ᴛ ᴏ ʀ ʏ
Josiah was born a pack wolf, with of course his father's blood in him as well, which makes him half pack wolf. But he's sure that the other pack members don't mind him, they treat him as part of the pack after all so that proves it. So Josiah's history basically revolves around the events happening in pack life, nothing personal, no mate yet, nor pups. Josiah himself isn't really sure whether he'll get one or whether he wants them. As mentioned, his father was a lone wolf, driven from the territory because he mated with a female. That's it for his history so far.
