I just got my very first phone and there's this app that has little pixel touhou characters that you can choose to have walking all over your screen. It's the cutest thing ever and they've got literally every character you can think of, even the weird monster ones.

It's called Touhou project walk. There are three apps with different characters in each one. I have a little Chen jumping all over my screen. And I also now have the bad apple! PV as my moving background.
