Anyone interested in an arranged marriage rp.
I was part of one a few weeks ago and I really enjoyed it, but it died....
So I was thinking of making one with a small twist. It would involve princesses and princes from a certain countries marrying royalty for other countries, in an effort to secure an alliance with said country.[/size][/center]

I'm interested, although hesitant because I don't typically write that little.

and then when I see the forms I'll post the pairings, it will all depend on the personalities.

What about the countries that actually have royalty, aside from England?
Monaco, Denmark, etc?
Heck, there is a whole list and I didn't even know about a lot of them:

It's just REALLY hard for me to imagine a monarchy in modern America since it completely goes against the entire history.
Also, several countries (including ones on your list) have the Queen of England as their monarch. It's possible to have multiple princes, but they wouldn't be from the countries in the empire - just England, really.

Roleplay sample: Kall turned onto a sidewalk, now more populated than the empty motel lot. Cars streaked by and streetlamps flickered - a refreshing reminder that this city was alive. Everything was a routine anymore, traveling from city to city and town to town, just doing the job. Don't get the wrong idea - it may sound boring, but it was far from it. Hunting is an exciting business. Or maybe "blood pumping, life-or-death" business fits it better. It was just that that was the focus all of the time. Not the hurried passerby who needed to get home to the kids, or the road construction down the street. Kall became aware of the bitter night air then, and hugged her jacket closer. She passed dark shop windows and the occasional lighted one. Unfortunately, they went unnoticed. A large neon sign told her that a bar was just down the block. Was drinking really worth it tonight?

Yes you were. The same thing happened to me when roses up and disappeared. I was think of asking dapple to recreate one again.

@thunder. I understand your points, but I wasn't thinking of making it that realistic. I just wanted to choose countries that were most likely to seek out alliances. And I rarely post a paragraph anymore, I just don't expect others to post as much.

Ok, I have this sudden urge for a role play after watching a tv show called Naked and Afraid (Yes, I know, the name in itself make you cringe, and believe me, the actual show isn’t much better.) so now I am looking for a 1x1 with two strangers who are stranded on an island together for whatever reason, forced to survive. At first their personalities will clash, they won't like each other, but necessity forces them together. After a while they learn to work together and actually grow close, forming into as much of a relationship as you can when stranded on an island. That’s all I have, so if anyone is interested we'll have to flesh out some more of the plot. I don't mind doing this mxf or mxm, and I don't care which gender I end up with. I would prefer to do this either over the forums or through email, so pm me if anyone is interested.
