Gender: "Kinda rude! I'm a female!"

Pokemon: "I'm a Aipom!"

Team Name: "Well, I don't know yet!"

Personality: Hazel I a very calm girl who loves to laugh and joke around, she finds it hard not to smile and can't help but put other pokemon in a good mood when they meet her. She doesn't get wound up very easily and tends to be the one braking up the fights when others get annoyed with each other, Hazel is a very hard working Aipom who doesn't take no for an answer, when she gets her mind set on something she sees it through till the end no matter how hard or demanding the task is.

History: Just like any other pokemon she was hatched in the wild with her mother and her farther, but her had left to become a artist and her mother had to look after her on her own, then once she was strong enough she was sent away in to the world to train, and so she trained, made friends and became stronger before she decided she wanted to join an explorer team.

Likes: "Oh! Well I like berries, having fun, laughing, exploring, climbing, running, hanging out with my friends and playing pranks"

Dislikes: "I don't really know but I guess I don't like it when Pokemon fall out, or when pokemon pick on other pokemon and I don't like the cold!"

Before Sophie could tumble over, Baron steadied her a bit with one of his wings. He wasn't fazed with the question she asked next. "No, I haven't formed a team. I came alone" He replied, pulling his wing back and folding it. He blinked and drew something in the dirt with his claw in a bored manner. "How about you? Do you have partners?".

Sophie shook her head. "I am alone as well. I have been for a long time" she said with an empty look. She couldnt remember the last time she had the company of other Poke folk. She shook her head to clear her thoughts and wondered how they were supposed to do anything in the crowded room. "So what next? There is so many Pokemon in here...how do they figure it all out?" she asked. She wanted to have a team already and be done with it.

Duke was about to speak, but some passing pokemon cut him off, and he muttered something about watching it. "The name's Duke," he interjected. He wasn't really paying attention, but when the focus turned to the Starly - what was his name again? - Duke wanted a piece of it too. "I reckon you just hope you're lucky and get paired with a famous explorer!" At least he was listening a little bit. Sort of.

Pokemon came already paired up with a buddy or person of mutual interests. And when there is a single pokemon, they are either great enough to be a one man team, or turned away. However, with so many now with an interest, they are grouped by the guild. Its kind of a toss-up really.

Baron stared at Sophie for a while. She looked empty by the way her expression was. He shook the thought away and smirked at Duke's comment. "Well, I guess they'll test us and pair us up to balance the strength. Of course, I'll be with weaklings since I'm so strong!" He said proudly, puffing out his chest. The Starly frowned when he was pushed over by a Riolu. "Watch it!" he snapped. The Riolu happened to be Sereena. "I didn't ask to be shoved, sorry" she muttered, helping Baron up. "You didn't have to be so rude about it either". She crossed her arms and sighed. "Gee, when are they going to start testing? I'm getting pretty impatient".

Hᴀᴢᴇʟ

I watch the other pokemon from the branches of a berry tree, although they all seemed friendly enough last time I had approached a couple of pokemon they had attacked me so I had become rather more cautious. I clamp my tail on to the branch of the low tree and swing down so that I was now hanging upside down, after a couple of minuets more if watching I leap of of the branch using my tail to give me a push off, I do a somersault before landing on my feet. I look around at the other pokemon who were already pairing up in twos and threes. I let out a small sigh before sitting down at the base of a tree, I was a bit shy around new pokemon and I felt a bit odd being around such strong pokemon.

Julian landed heavily on his hooves, feeling the shock of impact reverberate through his bones all the way up to his skull. He hand't expected the drop to be such a long one, from the opening at the top of the ladder he had guessed maybe three feet, but from the way his hooves smarted now five feet sounded more accurate. The deerling trotted forward, shaking the stinging sensation out of his hooves as he moved along with the crowd of fellow fresh arrivals. Julian had come here to make a name for himself, that wouldn't pale when compared with his older brothers and sisters. He had no team currently, but Julian was confident that he would be able to convince as many pokemon as he needed to follow him on quests and missions. His mother had always told him he'd make a great leader, and he was determined to become exactly that.
He wove through the throng of pokemon, many of them were young like he, coming here to test their strength and begin their own journeys to becoming great Rescuers and Explorers. He was taller than many and shorter than few, still he couldn't help but be nervous when a fighting-type barreled past him to go tackle friends in tight embraces. He'd never liked knowing that he would have a disadvantage against others purely because of his type, it was something he knew he could not change or over come, and something that he wholly resented about himself. He closed his eyes and exhaled, steadying himself. Those were the wrong kind of thoughts to be having when he'd only just arrived, Julian needed to be finding other pokemon to talk with, he didn't want to be in the position where he knew no one at all before being paired up with his team after all. That would be the opposite of a leader-ly thing to do.
Julian's attention was drawn to a small group of pokemon who were being exceedingly loud, even above the excited hum of the crowd that was quickly filling into the Guild. They seemed to be a rather diverse group, from the haughty and ruffled looking Starly who had just snapped at a Riolu, to Mankey and Pidgey who both seemed easy-going enough. Julian began picking his was over to them, already trying to decide which form of introduction would impress these new pokemon the most.

While some may be put off by Baron's loud personalty, Duke was either not fazed, or not caring. It was hard to tell sometimes. He seemed like a cool enough pokemon, and that's all that really matter at this point in time. One thing that did start to agitate Duke, however, was when they were planning to get this thing rolling. As if someone had sensed their anxious natures, two large, double doors swung open at one end of the chamber.

Heads turned as a figure appeared through those doors. It was a Noctowl, nothing less than this guild's own leader. He had a wise and bold aura about him, one that was hard to stare in the eyes for too long. If one could manage to taken their attention off of the owl, they would notice a Throh and Sawk flanking him.

"If I could have your attention please," Noctowl announced. Almost as if under a magical spell, a silence fell over the crowd. "I am sorry for the wait, I can understand how exciting this all must be," he continued, "So without further ado, these two here will go through with pairing you for teams. If you would separate into two halves of his room, one with those of you who wish to form teams with your friends and the other half of who who came alone. May you have my best wishes!" He fluttered his wings to spin around and disappeared back into the room as quickly as he had arrived.

The Throh and Sawk went to work. Throh recorded the pokemon who were already together and wanting to form a team with each other. Sawk went on to gather the pokemon in need of grouping. Duke looked around. They were already on their side, so there was no need to fight through the crowds again. When Sawk approached them, Duke saw that the pokemon had nothing with him. He was just pairing up pokemon by random, and going with it. "You two, Pidgey and Starly," Sawk grunted, "Congratulations, you're a team now." He moved on to some others. "Riolu and Mankey. And...you there, Deerling."

Baron crossed his wings as if he was a human crossing their arms. "Pfft, I thought we were supposed to be tested on" he muttered before turning to the pidgey. "Good to have you, partner! Don't mess things up on the first day, alright?" he teased. His tail feathers puffed up in excitement. "Oh boy, this'll be great!" his eyes had a glint of curiosity and happiness.

Sereena turned to Duke and Julian, forcing a smile. "Do your best, you two" she encouraged. Her tall ears pulled back when she was shoved forward by a few excited new members. They seemed quite impatient to be paired up. She huffed in annoyance as she moved out of the way. "Why are there so many rude pokemon here?" she mumbled to herself, eyes narrowed.

Sophie nodded in agreement. "Yeah, I thought we had to pass a series of tests to get in...guess times are desperate." she said. She looked at Baron and lifted an eyebrow. "Me? Mess things up? Yeah, dream on. You make sure you dont mess up." she said with a sly smile. She hopped excitedly and chirped. She couldnt wait to get started. And she had a partner already! "So what will our team name be?" she asked with slight hesitation. She had no clue as to any ideas for the name.

"Well...we're both flying pokemon, so how about Team Flight? Or Sky? Or maybe even team Baron!" He suggested, giving a grin. His feathers puffed up and his wings folded to his side. "What's our first mission? I'm so anxious to get started!" he chimed in, eyes glowing with happiness.
