Braken smiled and shrugged "Sure" He said taking a bite of his squirrel

Mist dug into the rabbit, realizing she was hungrier than she thought. "Um, Braken, I ate all of it." Mist said sheepishly, gazing down at the bones. She should have realized she would eat more with her pups coming on the way.

Braken laughed, finishing his squirrel. "I'm full don't worry" He said, brushing against her "Do you want anymore?" He asked, flicking an ear to the fresh kill pile

Ice yawned and curled up to sleep

"No, I'm fine," Mist said, laughing. She nuzzled Braken and said, "I'm kind of tired, so I think I'm going to rest or a little bit." She yawned.

Bracken laughed too and escorted her to the den. "Will you be comfortable?" He knew he shouldn't worry, but he couldn't help it! They were having PUPS!!!

"Oh, no, I'm fine," Mist said, settling into her nest of moss and down feathers she used to collect.

Bracken smiled and curled up next to her.

"Goodnight," Mist whispered, letting her dreams wash over her.

Bracken slowly fell asleep to the sound of her breathing

Mist woke up from her dream of sunshine and pups, blinking in the soft new morning light. Carefully, she picked her way through the den, trying not to wake anyone up. Once outside, Mist took a deep breath, enjoying the fresh air. The weather was getting cooler, she noticed. Autumn must be coming.She sat down with a sigh, wishing summer would be longer.

{Is this okay? I don't really know what season it's supposed to be right now, I'm assuming summer. If it is summer, it's been that way for a while, so is it okay I'm mentioning fall coming?}
