Oh Rassilion forgive me for how corny this is going to sound, but when I look at this dog, I see me. Seriously, I've never had that connection with anything, ever. I like to think of myself as unique. I'm a geek. I've never been a girly girl. I'd choose Jeans, T-Shirts, and Converse over Skirts, Dresses, and Heels any day. I get excited over the silliest little things, and when I'm with people I'm closest with I tend to get a little crazy. (Wait...Did I say a little crazy?) But otherwise I'm just a simple girl, even a bit of an introvert. Just like those song lyrics you'll see over there to your right. I don't exactly know what the future holds, and my life seems to always be changing and shifting. But no matter what happens I always carry on. That's what I see in this dog. Her expression makes her seem like she's cautious and wary of her surroundings. She seems wise and intelligent, maybe even a dreamer. But also kind and caring. Perhaps when she's comfortable with those around her she can even get a little crazy. Basically what I'm trying to say is, if by some miracle I did happen to win, perhaps I could use her as my Fursona? I truly apologize for that corny passage. Please forgive me. -Smacks Self In Face-

Well I'll tell you one. Don't worry, it will be the story of The Ride. It is one of my favorite life stories to tell. Along time ago, when I was about 1 year old my dad taught me how to build a raft. Then my mother called up because she had caught dinner. I ate quickly and snuck off. I made myself a raft and jumped on it and began to ride around on it in the river. The river rapids soon got harder & tougher and soon the rapids started to break the raft. My parents were chasing down the raft but were not in the water. Little did I know a waterfall was at the end of the river! My dad dived into the water as the raft broke in two and I had fell into the freezing cold water. At that time I couldn't swim so I went under fast. I was about to go over the edge once I finally got above water when my dad got me. He pulled me out of the water and on to land. Even though it was very terrifying it was really fun, do not do that at home pups. This was before I was taken by humans and given a 'home'.

Name: Turtle, so called for his most prominent feature- those green, green eyes.
Gender;; Male. Cuz I can only ever seem to find cute fluffy little girl doggies these days.
Personality;; As his leg markings suggest, Turtle is a very adventurous dog. He gets out in the mud and sees the world around him, taking his time to soak it all in. Turtle's sincerity will pierce even the hardest heart, and though he seems mature, he's really just composed- around his friends he's very reckless, laughs at every joke, and never stops moving, as if afraid he'll die before he explores this expanding world. Life is very precious to Turtle, and he simply cannot comprehend apathetic people. His biggest flaw would probably be those stubby legs, dangit. Never goes as fast as he really wants to.

My heart stopped when I realized you were judging DD: GOSH THANK YOU!! I'll always love Turtle, he'll be a super close friend with two of my other Corgi-type characters, I've had them since I was ten and still haven't stopped sketching them. Never will Turtle rust away on my harddrive :'3
