13 - Embarrassed - With Musa

"Merman?" Pen managed before breaking out into dozens of giggles. Musa did not look like a mermaid - they had the long fishy tails, gills on their necks, and they liked to sing songs about wanting more by being above the water. Musa didn't fit any of that at all. "Reva, he can't be serious, right?" She said in between her rapid laughter. But judging by her stern look, Pen got the idea he was a merman, even if he was lacking the telltale fins. Instantly, she stopped giggling. She also had the idea laughing at someone's heritage was a very, very bad way to make an impression. So, she blushed, smiled very nervously, then hid behind her hair as to avoid eye contact.

The copper wolf said in light of Pen's actions. "But why are you being so secretive about it? This is a city where all us freaks can hang out. Heck, I'm proud to be an anthropomorphic wolf, and I don't try to hide it. You try finding a mask to hide these ears. As young Darken, well young for a demon, walked around down town, what people have been telling her as a great shopping district, she was looking for all kinds of things. Furniture for her new apartement, clothes since all she had to wear were demon clothing and those were a to bit revealing for her liking. Of course seeing the girls in this time, it seemed revealing outfits were now of this time. But she was consider a lazy tom boy in this time and mostly looked for simply lose blue jeans and a white T-shirts. She doesn't have to worry about jewelry since she had collected a lot of different kinds from different eras of time for her to wear. Darkens blue and red eyes looked through the windows, carrying a fat wallet but only seemed to be window shopping at the moment. "I Wonder if I need to car.." She said to herself.

Once Ben was finished with breakfast, he put down his napkin and silverware. The waiter took them and gave him the check for his meal, he paid for both his friend and himself, then opened the door for his friend and walked out side behind her. Leaving a five dollar tip on the table " I gotta go but see you back at the building tonight " he told her and walked off. He crused down the shopping area, looking a for a new suit that might catch his eyes.

Ben walked down the road casually, whistling as he did so. He stopped though and looked at a yellow suit with black horizontal stripes, with a matching hat. He smiled as he remembered back when he first started to wear yellow suits, his wife used to buy them all the time for him. He sighted though thinking about his wife that passed away " I need to find someone... " he said to himself and examined the suit

Darken was already inside the store. Her strange eyes, one blue, one red, was looking through a rack of ruffled shirts off all different colors and sizes. Of course only a few of them could fit her. She was a very small person and her chest size wasn't the biggest. So she required smaller clothes. She gently hummed to herself. She always thought about joining a band, many have told her that she had a beautiful singing voice. But her demon brothers would look down upon on her.

He continued to look at the suit for several minutes, he then went inside and looked around. He saw a young woman but passed her. He was a lot bigger than her, he was 6:2 and weight 230, I was actually harder for him to find cloths but he managed to find some stuff in stores.
