Miluiel wandered aimlessly through the forest, eyeing each tree and enjoying Lorien's beauty. She had been here many times, yet she could not remember the last time she had appreciated the tall Mellorn trees and golden blooms. She knew not where she was going, so she just let Kestrel saunter around aimlessly, occasionally stopping to graze with Miluiel still on his back. She sighed deeply, remembering the carefree times she had once had with Aranel. Can I still sense her from so far away? she wondered. In a desperate attempt to cure her loneliness, she closed her eyes and sought out Aranel's familiar thoughts. After a few moments of seeking, he mind was filled with a clear scene of a beautiful field filled with horses. One in particular caught her attention immediately. Cascade! This was Aranel's first memory of her beautiful dappled horse. I can still reach her, my dear sister! Although Miluiel did not know how long the connection would last. Quickly, she sent Aranel the thought, I am waiting for you, seler nin. Go where your memories lead you. The connection broke, and Miluiel opened her eyes. Kestrel had stopped again to eat the sweet forest grasses. Feeling his master's distress, he turned his head to nudge her foot. Miluiel smiled and patted his neck in thanks. Aranel will come soon, and I have a feeling the rest of the company will too.

As I sat, a thought popped into my head, and I felt Miluiel's presence. I am waiting for you, seler nin, I heard. I was overjoyed. The connection broke, and I sighed. I tried reaching her again, and though the connection was very faint, it held. I am coming soon!!! I thought to her. I looked sadly at Kili and Saelweth. I would have to leave them. Tonight. I scribbled a note on a scrap of paper, and tucked it into Kili's hand. It read:

Kili and Saelweth,

I've had to leave for LothLorien. Find the Company, and tell them at once. It is must urgent. Miluiel and I will be waiting.

I threw my saddle and saddlebags onto Cascade's back, and galloped her into the light of the setting moon.

She awoke with a start, startling Kestrel in the process. She heard Aranel's voice, which had split into her dream like a crack of lightning. "I am coming soon!" she had said. Miluiel smiled, overrun with joy. She heard me, and she will come. We will defeat this Shadow, once and for all!

(We can transition back to the main company. Arwen can lead them to Lorien or so. Just a suggestion. We kind of dropped this for a while)

I slowed Cascade to a walk as I neared Lorien. When I saw the familiar tree line, my heart leapt. Another feeling pierced me, as well: sorrow, and grief. Haldir. This has been his home as well as mine. I shook my head, and thought to Miluiel, I am here, my sister.

Okay. I am sad to say this, but I will not be going on CS anymore. I just don't have time and am not feeling well enough to at least once a day. I have decided to quit and it was very nice knowing, or even becoming friends with you, and I am sorry. I hope everyone is well, and doing good.
