No one else understands why the curse affected her in such away and even some of the oldest CCK are baffled about it. They believe it may have something to do with her parents which are unknown. They believe that the mother was not ready to breed but the father proceeded regardless. They "assume" this is why the curse had another outcome for Karma. Though, no one could really confirm how Karma came about and the thought terrifies some CCK's. There are some that claim she is not their kind at all. That she is an "imposter". That she is an "experiment". Therefore, Karma tends to stay farther away from other CCK while still remaining around swampy areas. Without clouds, she tends to go about unnoticed.

Why doesn't he/she have any clouds around her?: Her body temperature is rather higher than the average for a CCK (a strange condition, but it can happen to many different species; I myself have an unusually high core body temperature which causes me to pretty much radiate warmth like a space heater; needless to say, I don't require socks in winter), thus she is a spirit for hot springs, or technically any hot water. Because she is so warm, the clouds around her simply evaporate away before they become fully visible. They can come back if she is cold or sick, though. Her coloring seems to be affected by the amount of heat she gives out. Lots of warmth in those colors. Her eyes, however, are the perfect blue of radiant water. c: And this is why her name is Tàng; it means "hot," "scalding," or "boiling" in Chinese.
