Livin' in the strawberry fields { Keetins Roleplay

Ahh, the sweet scent of ripe strawberries. You stand on top of a small hill, and look down on the sweeping stretch of ground below you. A huge patch of strawberries grows, the juicy red berries in abundance. A small patch of trees and bushes curves around a large clear pond of fresh water. You wonder what must live here, it's too perfect to not have inhabitants.

This is the Keetin's home away from home, they gather here to socialize away from their meddling human owners. Most have their own nests in the trees or bushes, the pond and strawberry patch provide the food and water they need.

Leo ran down from the small hill he stood atop and into the patch of strawberries. He sniffed around them, looking for a nice ripe one. After finding the perfect berry, he took a bite out of it, splattering strawberry juice all around himself.

[Sable.]

.o: Gelato :o.
Gelato's ears pricked up, familiar sounds reaching his ears. Someone eating strawberries. Having had quite a few that morning, he decided it was best to wait a little while until he had some more, he'd rather wait than give himself a stomach ache. He popped out of the rows of wild strawberry plants to see another Keetin, sticky with strawberry juice. "Hello." He piped up.

[Downn]

~Leo~
Leo was surprised by the voice behind him, but didn't let it show. Instead, he turned around to face the other keetin. "Oh, hello," he said. Quickly wiping the juice off his face, he sat down and said, "Uh, I don't believe I know you. My name's Leo. What's yours?"

[Alva.]

{Sherbert
Sherbert pricked her ears at the sound of voices a few yards down the hill. She trotted over to see two other keetins as well.

Leo heard footsteps coming from behind him and the keetin he was talking to. Looking behind him, he saw someone coming. "Hi," he greeted her, with a flick of his tail.

[Alva.]

{Sherbert
"Hi," Sherbert replied. She was a little taken aback; she had expected her friend Dot instead. Where could she be?
"Um, I'm Sherbert, by the way. You haven't happened to see an orange and pink Keetin anywhere, have you?"
