A small, furry, dragon-like creature strolls up to you. "Welcome! You are currently in Oracia, the land of the Whiptail Dragons. I, myself, am a Whiptail dragon. Feel free to call me Necro; I am pleased to be your acquaintance. Here you will find many of my kind. We all live here together. It is normally peaceful, but problems do occur when personalities clash. Enjoy your stay!"

Whiptail Dragons are small dragon-like creatures that come in almost endless color varieties. They have a thin crest that runs down their head and back, and razor-like horns on each side of their head. They can grow to be about the size of the average German Shepherd, sometimes slightly larger. WtDs are generally stocky creatures, yet they can easily match the running speeds of a human athlete. Their front claws aid in hunting and climbing, giving them good grip. All Whiptail Dragons have a tuft of fur that covers their bellies, keeping them warm during the winters.The crest that runs along their head and back also aids in warming them, and is usually a dark color to better soak up sunlight.

Like most reptiles, they enjoy warm climates, and tend to become drowsy and sluggish in the cold. Many Whiptail Dragons are found closer to the equator, where it is most warm. Their tails are thick and flexible, allowing WtD`s to use their tails like a whip to defend themselves or display dominance. Males usually have very bright tails compared to females, and often use them to show off in mating seasons. WtD`s are flightless, and even if they were to have wings, would still be unable to fly due to their weight and the fact that their bones are not hollow. Their scales feel silky to the touch, but if you slid your hand towards a WtD`s head, you would get many scratches, for their scales are sharp at the tips. WtD`s can have up to 5 different colors, no more, but they have been found with less.

History
Why does he have the beads?:
Enitan (who we call En) is a very complex being. When he was little, he lived with his mother. He taught him how to live, as mothers are supposed to. But her way of living was not one that you would want a WtD to follow. She was a burgaler. She taught En how to forage for his own food, but instead of in the wild, in the village close to their den. They would sneak in and steal what they wanted, not needed, although they did make sure they had food. One night on a run, as they used to call it, his mother turned to him in the living rom of the village home.
"son, I need to tell you something." She said, as she started to pull off her bracelet of beads. "i love you, you know I do. But I have to go. And I won't be back for a long time, but don't forget anything I taught you, okay? I mean it. Its a tough world out there. So take care of yourself." She handed him her bracelet, and picked up something from the table of the house. Meanwhile, as she had known there was a creature downstairs, a woman in the town had called the police. The door busted down, and En turned to his mother, just aa small gray bullet separated the night air and peirced through his mothers chest, sending a burst of bright red liquid to spread out behind her. En ran in terror into the kitchen and out the back door, and kept running. Since that day, En has been stealing for his life.
Short Story:

I was on a trip to South Africa, to do some artistic stuff. I have always loved to travel, and Africa has always been a place of interest. Anyways, I was out painting a picture of the sunset outside of this village, when I heard a gunshot in the house just behind me! I turned around quickly, only to find a busted-down door, a dead creature, and a crying woman in the livingroom. I took my stuff and walked over. "what happened?" I asked the officer, who answered in a calm voice. "i finally shot the Wiptail Dragon that has been terrorizing the village for years. She won't be of much trouble now." He spat, which infuriated me. "do you have any respect for life?!" I shouted at him, then walked out through the forest to where I was staying, in a small rented hut next to a lake. I cranked up my radio, and turned it to an American Country station. I smiled as the song 'Pontoon' by Little Big Town came on, and started drawing. Soon, I could hear breathing over my shoulder, and stiffened.
"That is a nice picture" a creature, like the one from the village house, said.
"T-thank you." I stuttered. "who are you?"
He looked at me blankly as I turned around. "I am Enitan. Who are you?"
"I-i... I'm Tamra." I replied, slightly less afraid than before.
"Nice music." He said, and layed down on the floor of the hit. "do you know any place I can go? Out of the country, maybe?" He asked.
"Umm... You could come back to America with me if iiiiiiiiiiii want." i offered.
"yes. I will live with you in America." He smiled. I felt a warmth in my stomach, and when I touched his head to pet him, my hand let out a small spark of electricity.
"did you feel that?" I asked.
he responded quickly, "yes. We are bonded." He curled up at my feet, and from that day on, he never left my side. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Personality
What does he love most about SA?: The only thing he misses is the Climate. I live in the mountains, where it is rarely over 60, and he loves the 80° weather. So thats a minus, but he got over it quickly xD

the reason he likes crime its because his mother taught it to him, and it makes him feel better whenever he is sad.

red has always been his favorite color, because it was the color of his mothers eyes.

shy → Drizzle is quite the shy one, and never speaks to people he doesn't know. He makes friends only when the opposite party starts the friendship. Drizzle, due to his shyness, spends a lot of his time alone; especially in libraries! He adores reading and just the facsination of wandering through the walls and just getting lost in all those stories. Due to his shyness, he is also very easily scared and tends to get picked on because of this. Drizzle, however, doesn't take poorly to bullies.

narcissist → Even thought the strawberry male is shy and gets picked on, doesn't mean he can't think highly of himself! This is why Drizzle doesn't really care when others call him names. Their opinion has no effect on the male because he adores himself and couldn't care less as to what anyone else thinks of his appearance. Drizzle is a narcissist, he adores his pelt and is sometimes caught just gazing at his reflection. His bright red and paler strawberry coloured scales are his pride and joy, and even though "Pink isn't manly," He would never want to be another colour.

nerdy → Drizzle is nerdy! He loves reading and spending time in the library, and he adores the sciences, mainly biology. He is fascinated by the way things work and loves to learn about things like this.

I sighed, sitting alone in my cave wasnt the best fun I had ever had. I crawled carefully past the rock collection I had going on on my cave floor, which had served as a bed for ne since I arrived to this forest... Thing. I had followed a trail that I had smelled of another WtD, and thought I would creep.

I had found myself a cave, hidden by the raging water of the waterfall in front of it. I took any neat rocks and pebbles, which looked almost volcanic, and slept on it for the part three nights.

I moved quickly through the forest until I could smell another dragon! I wasn't the most social one here, but I figured maybe one friend would be okay, besides my scorpion buddy. But then again, he isn't much more than a night-light. I followed the WtD's scent.
