Cristiano is, unfortunately, a really easy person to sometimes take advantage of and is all around willing to do mostly anything as long as the request isn't too ridiculous [i.e. jumping off a cliff]. He's usually the first person to volunteer for something unsavory so no one else will have to, and Cristiano is typically the guy you go to when you want a favor done. As a result, Cristiano rarely has time to indulge in what he wants, and sometimes he tries to give more than he has. He's stretched himself thin many, many times, and he's paid the price before, but for some reason he can't bring himself to say no. It's like it's not even a computational possibility for him. He's always doing his best to please everybody and tends to get frustrated and strained when he finds someone that's giving him a particularly hard time just for kicks [and yes, those sorts of people have cropped up now and again in his life]. Often times, Cristiano stays up later than he should listening to everyone else's problems, and typically he smiles genially and nods and laughs a lot in a conversation.
When he's speaking with someone, Cristiano rarely gives out personal information, although that's maybe twenty five percent his own choice. The other seventy five percent is because he doesn't speak up and complain about his own life because he always thinks to himself "wow, compared to that, my life is really easy". He doesn't realize that it's perfectly okay to whine at least a little every once in a while if he wants to, and Cristiano also wants to wait and listen to other people, who vent and vent and vent to the point where he's more a less a sound board rather than an actual human being. He can hardly get a word in sometimes.
Cristiano, in this way, tends to slide by in the background. He comes off as the nice guy that people can chat with pretty easily, but otherwise he gives off very little defining traits. He's usually the one that's tagging along in the background and is usually not invited to the popular outings not because people dislike him but because he's usually forgotten. Cristiano doesn't mind--but then again, he doesn't mind anything, does he? It's sometimes awkward for him, sitting in the background while others share some inside joke that he'll never get, but he sits through it with a polite smile on his face. He would never try and make others feel unaccommodating.
Cristiano always aims to please, and this most likely stems from the constant pressures and encouragements that have been pushed on him by his family. He has always striven to be better and smarter and faster and, eventually, the best of everything. From a young age he hadn't realized that he was allowed to say no. Cristiano, while not particularly slow or stupid, is not of exceptional intelligence, and stayed up well past midnight during his secondary school years to memorize properties of functions so his father could be proud of him. On weekends he would get up early and run around the neighborhood so much that he nearly threw up by the end so his grandmother would be proud of him. From day one he's kind of been the guy that was expected to carry on his family name, and his family had no fall back.
Even now, Cristiano is at a loss when there's no chore to be done. He's not sure what he's supposed to do with himself. Self indulgence and having fun for his own sake and not for someone else is a foreign, alien notion to him. Cristiano never really has had a "fun" time in his life. He's really just lived for other people. He's not quite sure who he is, yet.
As you might expect, Cristiano [being the nice guy], is always the one that steps up to someone's defense, especially a friend, even if it means that he'll be harmed in the process. He kind of thinks of himself as someone that's meant to be put to use by other people [although not exactly in that wording].
Cristiano rarely gets truly angry at someone, although he's inexperienced in expressing his own feelings [no one in his past ever gave him the chance to practice]. Cristiano has trained himself not to get worked up a lot about what people say and do and just takes it with a genial grin and a nod. However, when something really does set him off, he typically bottles up his emotions and carefully controls his expression so he gives nothing away. Cristiano was never a fan of fights, although if there really is no other way, then he readily steps in if necessary.
Keeping up pent up feelings, however, is bound to get to him sometimes, and Cristiano in those low moments tends to shut himself away into his room and wallows in his own self despair and loathing, wondering who he is as a person. He tends not to come out for days, filled with self-doubt as well as guilt for not accommodating everyone's promises he said he'd keep. Other times he has sudden brash moments where he'll slam a door or become snappish or clipped, but he usually apologizes afterwards, and that's the end of that. He rarely goes off on a real rant. The first time that he's really denied anyone was recently, when he left Spain for his own whims to put himself together, leaving his family. He's very torn about this decision as of late, but is determined to try and stick it out in France. He has no idea what he's doing, since he's never really had autonomy and independence before, so he's trying to make the best of it, even though he feels horrible for abandoning his family [although they're getting along fine back in Spain, although they're worried about him].
If there's one thing that Cristiano is good at, however, it's lying. Surprisingly, Cristiano is a pretty damn good liar, although from all of the things that people have confided in him [consciously or not], he probably had to develop that skill whether he wanted to or not. He's not really a gossip, and unless he has the owner's explicit permission, he typically doesn't give away secrets. He's not a squealer either, and tends to hold his tongue in most situations.
Cristiano, as you might expect, has very low self-esteem. However, he doesn't spend time tearing himself down. It's mostly just a subconscious notion that he doesn't deserve to be his own person because too many people are depending on him for things.
He's never really had friends, since he's the guy that kind of fits into any group but never really had a deep connection with anyone, so Cristiano lacks experience in real social situations and developing actual relationships and friendships with anyone that actually lasts. He's never really had the time, anyway, to make real friends. Similarly, he's not quite sure what he likes or dislikes either. He's never given much thought to that, but now that he's on his own, he's kind of like a late bloomer in most things
The one artistic thing that Cristiano excels at is painting and art in general, and it's rare to see him without oil paints or graphite staining the entire length of his forearm, and usually there's some sort of pencil behind his ear wherever he goes. Often times, he doesn't even realize it's there, so he'll constantly look for a pencil when there's one right there in his hair.

Cristiano figures that he really doesn't have much he'd rather improve on. Yeah, he's not really perfect, but as it is he's pretty happy with how he looks. He has a healthy tan and his hair has been recently cut closer to his head [it used to be longer, curling at the tips of his ears]. Cristiano's eyes are a warm brown that crinkle when he smiles, and he's got relatively broad shoulders and a good physique. His posture is sound, and he's got a confident attitude that he carefully keeps from spilling over into a challenging stride. He thinks a lot about how he walks.
Specifically speaking, Cristiano is five feet and eleven inches tall and weighs one hundred fifty pounds.
Ethnically, Cristiano is Spanish, although he's fluent in multiple languages, including English, Italian [well, that was easy because it's quite similar to Spanish], and jaunted but relatively practical French.
He always, always, always has some sort of stain or mark that indicates that he's done some sort of art form in the last few hours. The paint has stained so badly at this point that Cristiano doesn't really bother trying to rub it all off anymore, and his fingers are always covered with greens, blues, yellows, and blacks. Often times, there are splatters of paint in his hair and on his shirts.

Cristiano, from the very beginning, was always expected to never take the front spot. He was the last to be born out of four brothers, all of these three preceding brothers having been exceptional and quite talented themselves. As the younger brother, how could he out show them all? It would be out of his place. So he settled back and never showed off his abilities for arts or his exceptional talents for picking up languages. He could've been someone else entirely, but for the sake of others, Cristiano put aside his own potential. And that's where his unfortunate cycle began.
Cristiano's life was full of being the nice guy, letting other people taking the front seat and never asking much for himself. It's incredible how unselfish he was. How was someone so capable of not indulging in something for himself?
Well, as it turns out, Cristiano did end up trying to make himself happy for once--kind of. Cristiano, until recently, was in a relationship that lasted about two years before finally breaking it off after the spark began to fade. Or rather, she did. And frankly, the spark never really was there. Cristiano was mostly trying to make his family happy and decided that, since she was someone that his family favored, that it couldn't hurt to give it a shot, since they were pretty good pals, anyway. It ended up straining their friendship, and it's one of the reasons why he left Spain for a while to get some time to collect himself and meditate on what he wants. And it also had to do with the fact that he was attracted to the other members of the ambassadors, and his girlfriend thought he was kind of insane. Throw in the fact that he was pretty much lacking personality in an attempt to not outshine his elder siblings, and things didn't go well. She was one of the recent string of things Cristiano wasn't able to accomplish to please his parents...or didn't want to do.
Cristiano, as of late, is trying to make himself into someone with an actual personality, but old habits die hard.
