"Awe' well kay, so how'd the reaping of her soul go~?", she questioned.

Ruby smiled and looked up at her mom ,"Yeah~?", she asked.

"It went okay, as you know the cinematic records like to attack....but other than that."

"It's not the smartest thing to have you running around the haken everyday while me and daddy are working, how would you feel about getting a mentor~?" She asked as they walked. "It's not really bad if you walk around, but you could get hurt."

"Did they attack you, and your partner~? Like how they did with my dad~? Well I mean did either of your two's glasses get knocked off ~?", she questioned.

"A mentor~? But then I won't be able to play with Lillian and Izaya ; We don't leave the Haken, and no one there'd hurt us right?", she argued, she'd prefer to play, all she saw her mom and dad usually doing was paperwork and that seemed boring.

"Yes, but we didn't lose our glasses...thankfully. But my partner fell off the room we were on at one point, and I barely had time to catch her." He said, running a hand through his hair.

"You're partner was a girl~? Cool," she said with a grin ,"So do you know if she's still a shinigami~?"

Ruby huffed slightly, but nodded ,"Well, I guuuesss I could well like try this mentor thing out,", she said after a few moments.

"Yeah, and...I don't know, exactly. She was when I retired, but I don't know if she still is." So far so good, right?

Drocell went back up the hall and such, head tilted downward slightly in thought. Now he was wondering what had happened to leave Izaya in such a state, and why Lillian was acting weird. Oh well, better to not stick your nose in it too deep...

"I can ask my Dad if ya' want, I'm sure he could find out right easy being the head of dispatch an all," she suggested ,"It'd be cool if you too got ta' see each other after so long~"
