What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

+Name of the Mutato: Pyro.

++Reason for choosing the name: The red on him reminds me of fire, while the grey on his tail reminds me of smoke. The blue was a bit of a problem because I wanted a fire name, and I didn't want to go with a name that had to do with water. So I thought of the blue instead as when smoke is in the air, it sort of gets a blue look to it or, how sometimes the center of fire is blue.

+What kind of stories does #14 like to read: Pyro likes to read adventure stories. You know the type about nights in shining armor, rolling plains, castles with kings and queens, and dragons. But, his favorite books though are the types of stories about firefighters and police men. He loves reading about the amazing stories of these people and how they look out and save others. He likes adventure, but loves helping others. He has a small shelf full of these books, and he loves saving them when he can.

+Other(my extra): Pyro is a very helpful spud. He is always looking out for others, but at the same time, getting into some trouble as he is also adventurous and restless. Whenever he is spotted you can be sure he will either be with another Mutato or flying around in the sky pretending to be a dragon. All around he is a very sweet, selfless quite adventurous Mutato.

Where I used to live, there was a skate way (like for rollerblades). They had a little shop like place where you could buy food and candy. Well, they also had Slushies. And funny thing is, they had Blue Rasberry, Cherry, and a grayish looking Grape flavored. This Mutato's coloring looks like this!
What kind of stories does Slushy like to read:
Slushy loves to read mysteries. He adores the suspense and drama involved and likes to try to solve the mysteries

Reason for choosing the name: a fable is like a story with a lesson. Fable enjoys to read these many lessons and relate them to his life.
What kind of stories does he read: Fable reads a rainbow of stories, for him its not really the genre but how well each piece is written. If he had to say one genre that he mostly reads would have to be sad books, he finds that they are normaly more well written than fantasy or sci-fi.
