To be honest, it's not really about which one is coolest, if you took the complicated one and answered it truthfully then it goes by your personality, figures out what you need to work on in life, what you need to slow down on doing, and much more. Thus making your title. c:
I only say that about the complicated one due to the fact with other tests it's more of someone choosing a bunch of God Tier names then seeing which answers you would match up with/come close to.
For example
1 "Who is your favorite trolll?" Say you answer Mituna (hehe) it's most likely going to pair you up with something heir/doom
2"Favorite color?" Say you choose violet, it will most likely pair you up with something prince/hope
3"Who are you most like?" Say you choose Karkat, it's gonna give you something knight/blood.

Where as with the complicated test, it doesn't have a list of already selected possible God Tiers, you choose one based off of your results.

This is a bad example, but hopefully it makes sense.

No, it's a fan aspect. If you took pageofhopes test then there are a couple non-canon classes and aspects there. Mituna's right, I think there are even other beyond what they said though like Voice, Star and Soul type-thing. You can always look it up though, no doubt there is a tumblr tag full of info on the Monk class.

Some people are fine with the fanclasses and aspects, some are not. It's really about personal preference. If you're bothered by it being non-canon you can go back to her test and take it again and try as be as unbiased as you can and see if you receive a different answer, or look at the options nearby Monk and chose a canon title.
