Homo/bi/gay/lesbian characters are not uncommon anymore. Get it out of your head, guys... it's not special. I feel like the only person that doesn't have a single non-straight character. I don't have any gender-queers ones either. At this point, it's becoming way too mainstream. I honestly still use gay as an insult... man, I feel bad now. Nothing's wrong with people that aren't straight, as I have a good friend that's... not (I don't think, at least. It's confusing). It's just the fact that all these people think making a character like this is special when, really, it's quite common.
