God create WOMAN from MAN. So, obviously they both appear to be the same because Eve was made from Adam.
What makes you think they didn't have belly buttons?
In Job, dinosaur-like creatures named Behemoth and Leviathan were mentioned. Scientists have been trying to 'prove' that these animals are simple creatures such as hippos or crocodiles, but they have much more power than that.
Job 41: 15-24, I believe.

I'm not God, obviously, but those are good question to ask him.

Um, they were created in God's image.
And yes, I know why. I'm not stupid. I assume they would considering it is mentioned multiple times that we were created in God's image. If He wanted all humans to have belly buttons, he would probably create the first people with them.

I never said I thought they DIDN'T have belly buttons.
And you mentioned "hippos" and "dinos". You didn't mention Dinosaurs. Besides, dinosaurs lived before humans, so the Behemoth and the Leviatan had nothing to do with dinosaurs.
