Dally sighed, leaning against a fence while he tightened the saddle on his horse. The large stallion snorted, attempting to take Dally's hat. While Dally chased his horse, his sister, Alice, stood outside the fence and watched, laughing.

Billy Lawman (foreman, Johanson Ranch):
He sighed as he wiped the dirty sweat from his brow. He grumbled as his horse spooked as a rabbit sped from a nearby bush. "Easy now," he whispered and placed a hand on the gelding's shoulder. Billy pulled back on the reins and looked over the herd. "Great," he muttered, "Nate, we have an injured steer!" He pointed out the red and white steer that had a long cut on it's left shoulder. It limped terribly and it was panting. "We better get rid of it," he shouted.
Nate (Ranchhand,Johanson Ranch):
He spotted the injured steer and nodded. He urged his horse forward and got his rope ready. He hated taking an animal's life. It wasn't the steer's fault, but he knew Mr. Johanson couldn't afford to keep it. He waited for another Ranchhand to make a move, but no one was. He lassoed the steer's horns and yanked it down towards the ground. His horse reared and jumped to the side. The steer bellowed and fell to the ground. "Billy," he shouted, "get his legs! Or shoot him!" Billy took out his gun and shot the steer. It was over in a few seconds. Nate put the steer on the back of his horse. Together they rode back to the Ranch.

((@ polly, Yes it is. I'll add that to the front page. That's great! I'll add them in as you get done! (:))
Billy (foreman, Johanson Ranch):
He trotted his horse onto the ranch. He was angry, because he knew the boss would be as well. He saw Alice laughing at Dally. He rolled his eyes and galloped over to Dally's horse. He snatched the reins and yanked back "Whoa there!" he shouted. He handed the reins to Dally, before growling, "What is Alice doing here?" He didn't mind that the pretty girl was on the ranch, but he knew the boss would, once again, be angry.
Nate (Ranchhand, Johanson Ranch):
He slid off his horse and led him to the corral. He wasn't hungry after watching the animal get killed, but he was tired. He untied the steer and slid it on the ground. He shook his head and patted his horse's shoulder. "You did a good job, bud," he smiled as he unsaddled the horse. He put him in the corral and went to the Ranch house. He needed to get the cook out to help him decide what was edible.

Billy (foreman, Johanson Ranch):
He nodded and turned his attention to Alice, "Do ya know how to ride? We could use a couple of hands right now." His voice was deep and thick. He had the southern drawl, but he could pass as a man from the East. He tipped his hat up and crossed his hands on the horn of the saddle. He smiled slowly.

Billy (foreman, Johanson Ranch):
He nodded and glanced at Dally's horse. "Oh really..." he muttered. Billy sat up in the saddle and pointed at her, "go get a hoss out of the second corral. They're green broke, but they'll do. Dally, take her with you to the South corral. By the way, darlin', I'm Billy." He turned his horse away and trotted it back to the corral.

Connor Johnson
The young man sat upon his buckskin stallion whose head was low while he eat the few bits of grass he could find, Connor had one hand on the horn of his saddle with the reins also loped around it and the other hand held a few coils of rope he flapped every once in a while to get the steer moving forward from the box into the corral. He sat alone as he occasionally looked about waiting for someone to come join him but it was still before mid day, he lifted up his head slightly and wiped his brow with the back of his hand before sighing.
'Scott' Bates
The deputy sat up from the bunk in one of the cells he rested in as it was a fairly quiet day ad there was nobody else around, he sighed and stood up stretching out his arms slightly before tucking his hand into his back pocket walking to the desk he picked up one of the wanted pictures remembering the bounty hunter that came in yesterday looking for him.
Kayla Rhaine
The young girl stared out of the carriage window to her left, her long red hair loose and she wore a smart dress though not considered fancy at all. She lent forward and fiddled with the back of her dress and she breathed out trying t find a way to loosen it slightly but it couldn't. Then again she lent back against the seat, as the carriage made its way across the country towards town Kayla wondered about what it would be like their after all she was from a big city and this was all fairly new to her.
