I... L O V E Y O U? (1x1 Adonis x Medve. Adve)

"Uh... I guess?" Adonis studied the chick with wide eyes, unsure if he could hold it without somehow harming it accidentally. Still, he held out his hands, palms up, waiting for Skippy to lower the delicate little bird into his care so he could drive. "Well... it's cute." He added, studying the brown fluff it had instead of individual feathers. Downy, didn't they call it? It looked... soft.

Skippy gently put the chicken in his paws, smiling, and then began to drive once more. Medve moved up a bit to look at the little bird who sat in Adonis' paws, looking around at everything sideways. The litlle bird shut her eyes, chirping a bit as it began to sleep.

Adonis gingerly ran one paw down the bird's downy feathers, marveling at how soft they were and smiling as it fell asleep in his paws. He must not be that bad, then, if it trusted him enough to sleep in his paws. "Hey, Skips, looks like you got your chicken a little ahead of schedule." He joked, adding, "Seeing as Medve doesn't have a raccoon just yet."

Skippy smirked, "Well, if we see one in the trees, I'll jump out and grab it," he said, grinning. Medve laughed, "Has to be a brown raccoon," she said, smirking. The bird was soon asleep, but still chirping in it's sleep. Skippy then seen the mall and smiled. "What about the bird? We putting it in one of our shirts?" She asked, smiling.

"Hmmmmm..." Adonis studied the size of the little bird, wondering if he could possibly sneak it into his sweatshirt's pocket without being noticed. "Maybe I can put it in my pocket, at least until we buy a bag or something in the mall, and then we can hide it in there." He finally said, gazing at the sleeping little chick with a soft smile.

Medve shook her head, "The bag might smother it, and it's claws would rip through," she said. Skippy glanced over at the baby chick, and smiled as he drove into the mall's parking lot, looking at them. "Time for adventure," he said, smiling.

Adonis shook his head gently. "Sorry, I didn't mean a bag, I meant like... a messenger bag. A backpack. Or a purse, maybe. Thicker fabric, and it would give it room to move around a little and breathe. It can't be much better in my pocket." He moved his paw slowly, hoping that the chick wouldn't wake up and start making noise just yet. It would be easier moving through the mall if it was silent and sleepy.

"Oh," she said, then nodding. "Well, I don't have a purse, so," Medve said, shrugging, "So, yeah, we need that then," she said. Skippy turned off the engine, getting his keys and putting it in his pocket. He then got out, smiling as the chick opened it's eyes, and peeped softly, still laying down in Adonis' paws.

"Ssssh, little one," Adonis slid out of the car carefully, using his tail to open the door and push it open slightly. He didn't want to let go of the chick for one single second. When he was out, and in clear view, he hummed comfortingly and gently tucked the chick into his pocket, sticking his paws in on each side to stretch it out a little, letting air in and keeping the poor thing warm and secure.

Medve got out, looking around for a moment before she began walking with the two. The chick was peeping low, as it laid down, and went to sleep after a few moments. Skippy smiled, "Chickens rock," he said with a smile, as they went into the mall.
