(I'm thinking a good, long, deep wound on her belly. Like, from her belly to the inside of her leg, giving her a slight permanent limp. Like, say Night goes to rake her claws along her belly and Ashy squirms from under her, but Night's claws are in deep and rake down her belly and down the inside of her leg. ;3)

Ashcloud had left a small blood trail, making it easy to find her. She rested under a bush, panting and wide-eyed. Her who body hurt too much to put up anymore of a fight. This fight was over for her. The rogue had won.

Nightshade crouched low in the brush, her bright eyes glancing all around her. She opened her mouth as she panted hoping to find some trail of the tabby. Success. Nightshade could smell the blood from the tabby. Ever so slowly she crept forward to find the trail and then followed it from a distance to the right. She saw the brush where the trail stopped and she quietly circled around it. Night slowly crept forward, ever so slightly to not make a sound.The tabby was in sight now. She bunched up her muscles and narrowed her eyes as she prepared to leap at the cat. Her claws fully extended, Nightshade leapt once again at the silver tabby.

Ashcloud rolled under the cat's attack. She had simply given up now. She knew she was too tired to fight back. It pained her, but she knew it was the truth. I'm sorry... she thought to herself, for all things she'd done wrong in her life. She was prepared to feel pain score through her body.

Nightshade flicked her tail as she placed her front paws on the feline's chest to hold her down. She paused when she realized that the tabby wasn't struggling. No matter. She would learn her lesson and have a message to take back to her clan. This is Nightshade's territory. Nightshade growled as she raked her claws down the cat's stomach. She was going to make this cat remember her.

Ashcloud howled out, squirming from under the cat, but the rogue's claws were in deep and tore through her. Her whole body was wracked with pain as the rogue's claws tore down the inside of her leg. Adrenaline gave her the energy she needed to run away. She scored a blow across the cat's muzzle, hissing in her face before turning to flee, her leg held well off the ground and dripping a lot of blood. She'd be collapsing from blood loss as soon as her adrenaline started to ebb. Pain was the only thing willing the tabby on, but she was away from the rogue and out of the rogue's 'territory'. Ashcloud grunted in pain as moving became a great effort. She eventually collapsed, drained. She'd left a thick trail of blood leading to her, and blood was starting to pool around her. "Was it worth it...?" she whispered before blacking out.

Nightshade hissed in pain as she leaped away from the cat. She shook her head as the cut above her forehead poured blood in her eyes. She slowly walked slowly back to her sunning rock. Nightshade slowly laid down on her rock and yawned. She was worried about the tabby. She had lost a lot of blood, and probably didn't make it back to the clan. Nightshade sighed heavily as she headed to where she thought she saw the blood trail leading to.

(Nightshade can't let her die. u.u Now excuse me while I go pass out. *dies*)

(Well, I was thinking maybe Pineclaw, Sorreldash, Foxstar, and Cougarpaw could find her. Maybe one of them sent blood and they follow the sent and find Ashcloud blacked out from blood loss. I'mma ask calico about it. :P)

(I just sent her a PM about it. If she says no, I have another idea already. It involves Shiverwhisker though, who is a medicine cat and will insist Night come back to the clan with him so he can take a look at her wounds and treat them. He gets bored a lot. XD)

Shadowpaw's ears grew slightly hotter at Songpaw's offer. "Er-um..you're really light. I'll probably be able to carry you to the river. No problem." he meowed proudly. The truth was, he was struggling some from how near in size Songpaw was to himself. She was certainly not heavy, but she was too near in body size for him to comfortably transport her. "We're almost there," he whispered. The soft gurgling and churning of the water brought him to a serene and calm state.

Songpaw blindly looked at Shadowpaw,"At lest let me walk till we're at the river. I can hear it loud and clear from here, so we're not that far from it." She told him. She know somewhere in her heart that Shadowpaw wented to do this because he has feelings for her just she has feelings for him. She gave a quiet, soft purr as she waited for his reply.
