"BLLEAAAGH," groaned Lightsnow, rolling over. "I'M SOOO LAZY," she mewed in a very un-elderly fashion.
Ambersong stood awkwardly to the side, smiling hesitantly as she watched the complaining elder. "So, uh, I guess I'll just leave this vole here then?" she asked.
"YES," replied Lightsnow loudly.
The ginger warrior backed off slowly. "Oookay then." As she trudged off, she could be heard complaining. "Why did I have to be a fetch-and-get cat for Lightsnow?" she grumbled through gritted teeth.

Ashcloud moved easily to one side, letting the cat tumble to the ground. "Ooh. Who's angry now? You look more like a badger than a cat, rogue!" she teased, knowing she was going to get what was coming to her fairly soon. She didn't care though, so long as the other cat was angry now. She grinned again, rushing at her.

Ferretkit tumbled around in the nursery, batting at a ball of moss. "I should be an apprentice by now," she complained to anyone in the vicinity.

Ashcloud moved easily to one side, letting the cat tumble to the ground. "Ooh. Who's angry now? Nightshade quickly dodged the cat's attack by rolling out of the way. She stood and lashed her tail angrily as she tried to calm herself. This cat was using her own tricks against her and it was working. Angry with herself, Nightshade crouched slightly and glared at the tabby, "What do you know of anything kittypet? Especially about mentors?" Nightshade scoffed at the cat, "Aren't your two-legs worried about you?" She didn't wait for an answer as she pounced at the cat again.

Ashcloud felt claws tear int her side. She howled in pain, her eyes blazing with anger. "I was a warrior of StoneClan long before the fire! I was good friends with the brave leader Foxstar and her deputy, Pineclaw. You have nothing against me. True that for a short time after the fire I was stuck in a twoleg home," she snarled, "but I got away. They don't miss me. There many other cats there." She struggled under the stronger cat's grip, the rogue's claws only causing more damage as she struggled.

Gooseheart had his head on his paws and he tried to warm himself in the weak rays of sunshine. " Lightsnow, if your so lazy, get your own meals. Meanwhile, I'll let the apprentices get mine for me." He pointed out. Now a days, he tried to move as little as possible and the terrible cold was making things worse. He knew that it would only be a matter of time before Starclan called for him.

Nightshade flexed her claws, digging deeper into the tabby, "Oh really?" She tried to hide her shock at the news of a fire. She had heard rumors but she never thought it could happen. Nightshade growled slightly as she raised her paw to slash at the tabby's cheek. This cat was going to remember her and her warning.

With the last of her strength, Ashcloud kicked up at the rogue's belly with a mighty kick, claws unsheathed. She managed to roll from under her, knowing all she could do now was run and hide, though it wouldn't be for long. It was best she stay and take her punishment willingly. It was be over far quicker that way.

Lightsnow wrapped her tail around her friend. "Ahh, come on. At least I'm not," she leaned closer. "As lazy as Whitesleep, no offense," she muttered. "Don't look sad, you're only thirteen moons older than me!" she mewed, trying to cheer Gooseheart up. "At least you'll be full of energy in StarClan," she pointed out.

Nightshade grunted as she landed on her side. She quickly stood, growling at the tabby, "I will make sure you never forget me, pet!" She hissed angrily as she lashed tail back and forth as she paced the clearing. She wanted to hunt down the tabby and make sure that anyone who came in contact with her would know that she angered Nightshade and that rogue wasn't one to mess with. Perhaps a nice facial scar or missing ear. Nightshade flicked her eyes around the empty clearing then slowly walked into the brush. She would find that cat.
