My rat recently passed away. Just about a hour ago. I am happy that I was there for her in her final breaths. R.I.P Ginko

I have a white rat too... And her sister died about 6 months ago. I know how it hurts.

Thank you. It wasn't just a loss for me but it was a loss for her friend Cotton. I'll be sure to give her more attention.

I'm not really a fan of hoarding. But I am more determined to complete my 2008 very rare albino rat dreamie. Having two of those rats would be amazing because I had another albino rat before Ginko named Willow.

im so sorry for you, as a rat Lover too in know that it´s just like loosing a human friend....but im happy for you and ginko that you stayed at her side till the end,thats something that Needs Courage,and im sure it helped ginko a lot- im sure she will wink to you from her fluffy cloud tonight,saying "thanks for great times togehter!"

btw. this is a beautyfull Picture-i love rats,and i love anything that is an albino^^

It's rather sad that rats only live for about two years. I'm happy that I was there for her too. I'll try to be there for every companion human and animal. Who knows what the after life is like. I hope I'll get to see my old pets again when I get there.
