While Willow ran off with the pups, Koji forgot about the bear for a few moments. Suddenly the bear roared in anger and hit the fawn so she fell over, then it rolled her on to her back, exposing her belly. Koji struggled and kicked as hard as she could but it didn't do anything...

Chako gasped , it hurt a lot. "Please, this is scaring them. Take my other pups to safety," she pled. She didn't want to scare the great danes. She didn't care what happened, she just wanted everything to be fine.

The big bear growled and tore at Koji's stomach, easily ripping it open. Koji managed to struggle free and stumble backwards...The bear started running toward Chako, but Koji ran in front of it and headbutted it as hard as she could. She dug her hooves deep in to the ground as she tried to hold the bear back as it attempted to get to Chako...

Koji ran until she was in front of Karrie and Darkla and stood in front of them. She snorted at them to try to tell them to stop. The young fawn was bleeding heavily from her belly and was trying hard not to fall down in front of Karrie and Darkla, but her legs started shaking and she fell to her knees with a painful grunt.
