Hayden-

I sat down and dug in quietly after untying my apron and hanging it on the back of the chair. I poured myself some milk and quietly set about eating, not sure if Andy was going to flay me alive or not.... hopefully not.

Josh
I bit the inside of my cheek lightly as I sat down. Andy really didn't look that mad, but I didn't know why he wasn't saying anything. I tried not to think about it too much and instead started eating. If he wanted to say something, he would.

After a lot of running, Alister slowed down. He didn't want to, but he couldn't help it. As Thomas approached him, he pinned him against the wall and held him there. Alister tried to swing his fist at Thomas but couldn't. Thomas had his arms against the wall. Alister struggled away thinking of what he did to make this happen. But he actually knew why. He was 'too different'. After a lot of struggling, Alister finally managed to get his hand free and slipped away from Thomas. Alister was skinny and weak, Thomas was buff and stronger than he was. He ran into the office of the school. Luckily, Thomas wasn't able to hurt him infront of the teachers.

Hayden-

I finished my breakfast quietly, demolishing the plate of bacon, toast and scrambled eggs and then downing my milk. I sort of watched them, drumming the table nervously. "How's your head this morning Andy?"

Josh
I stared at the top of the table as I ate. I didn't want to look at anything else. It didn't take me that long to finish eating.

Andy
I glanced at Hayden and shrugged lightly. "It still hurts," I said. I wasn't really sure what else to say. Actually, I wasn't sure what to think.

Rose
I had done a complete lap of the school and was now back at the front entrance. There were a few people down here, mostly teachers, but I didn't stop to talk. I just kept walking. I didn't need to be in class yet because school didn't actually start for a while, so I just kind of wanted around. I wasn't sure where to go.

Hayden-

"Well... I have some pain meds if you need them..." And then fell quietly silent for a moment. "Are... uh... you okay with... all this?" I guestured between Josh and I, then around. "Us... together... staying here?"

[Jaybat]

Andy
I shrugged. "I don't know yet," I answered. "But staying here is better tan staying at home." I also knew that I couldn't stop them if they really wanted to be together, but I didn't want to say that out loud yet.

Hayden-

I nodded. "Alright then..." I collected the dirty dishes from around the table, shaking my hand out as the scars around my wrist flashed to burning life.

Josh
I didn't look up from the table for a while. When I did, it was only for an instant to look at Andy. I still wasn't sure what I was expecting to see, so I looked away pretty quickly.

Hayden-

I squeezed Josh's shoulder as I went past, giving him a soft smile and then dropping the dishes in the sink and washing them in silence. I watched them both quietly, then returned my attention to the dishes to find them all done and drying on the side... I sat back down at the table and bit my lip.
