Upon realizing that he didn't plan on letting up anytime soon, I began squirming and trying to push him away. The horrors of modern medicine. It got the job done but it hurt more than receiving the wound did. No amount of affection from him or anyone for that matter, would be able to make me stop at this point. He was definitely going to get punched when this was over.

he took the gauze off and pulled her into his arms, mostly just to keep her still. "Shh." He scolded and grabbed some bandages from the bag.

Now that the worst of it was over I began to relax a bit but I still didn't want the wound to be touched anymore. I didn't resist as I was pulled into his arms but I didn't totally accept the touch either. "If you touch the stupid wound one more time, I'm going to hurt you!"

"I'd be surprised if you didn't." He answered and used his elbows to pin her arms to her sides. He didn't want to get clawed or slapped. Ren unraveled the bandages and quickly pressed the middle against her wound, wrapping the other sides around to her back.

Seeing as I couldn't move my arms to punch the idiot, I bit him instead. It was sketchy and I felt like a vampire for a moment but I sank my fangs into his shoulder hard enough for it to hurt but not quite hard enough to draw blood. It was almost over but the cuts were really sensitive and I had a feeling that even biting wouldn't be enough to deter him.

While the action was demeaning and made me feel like a common house pet, being thumped on the nose made me stop almost immediately. That and the idea of him adding more disinfectant had me sitting still like a good girl. Once he'd finally finished I growled at him and glared at him as if the look alone would make him go away. "You jerk!"

I'd just gotten out of that school and hadn't made any "friends" yet, and wasn't really planning to.
