Shiverwhisker rolled his eyes, chuckling a little. "So, I guess you're Dust. I've heard a lot about you." he mewed simply, unfazed by the little kit's glare. He covered the little leaf figurine with his tail, pulling it close to his side as he'd done when the she-cat was alive. He wouldn't tell anyone about his broken heart, and would always dance around it. He'd dropped the subject of his emotions, and wouldn't go back to it.

"Yes, he is. He's the battle planner." Ginger said, laying down beside him. She nuzzled his leg happily. She climbed up his leg suddenly and onto his shoulder. "Yay!" She mewed. "You're fun to climb!"

Wolfpaw gave a look at Shiverwisker.
"I know, I know." She mumbled, disregarding the others. Her head shifted to get a view of the entrance, and to muffle the sound of the cats talking with Shiverwhisker. Giving another shift of her shoulders, she gave a look to the unfinished mouse she didn't eat, her stomach still full.

Dust peered at the other cat inside the den. "Hi, there!" He purred. "Who are you?" He asked softly. He was curious about this other cat. Was she a fighter? If so, could she teach him anything? Was she like Cherrlyeaf, the one cat he knew well?

Wolfpaw looked at the cat peering in; she sensed a sense of dignity wafting off of the tom, something she used to hold highly. Somehow, her mood felt softer; she gave a soft, silent purr of amusement. Definitely trying to become a warrior, this one.
"Greetings, as well. I'm Wolfpaw, and I'm an apprentice; one of almost warrior status, and a broken leg. And you are?"

"I'm Dust! I'm trying to be a warrior. The kit climbing on Shiverwhisker is Ginger, my sister. I'm a battle planner!" He said happily. He looked at her.

Shiverwhisker rolled his eyes. "I get that a lot from the kits." he mewed simply, pushing the little figurine under his nest. He' get it out again once the den had calmed down. "We shouldn't be playing in here, you two. I don't want a mess and I don't think Spiderpaw and Sprucepaw would like having to sort the herbs again." he meowed, gently pulling Ginger off his back.

Wolfpaw moved her tail, flicking it.
"Your sister, that she-cat?" She paused, before continuing. He wanted to be a warrior; just like she was trying to be a warrior. On his last remark, she gave a small laugh. "A battle planner, eh? I'm more of a fighter, than a battle planner or stalker. Whats it like thinking like a battle planner? Supposedly you think like a leader when you think like that." Giving a glance to Shiverwhisker, she gave a complaining moan. "But Dusk is just chatting."

"So long as he doesn't start playing around my den, I don't mind him being here." Shiverwhisker meowed, sweeping Ginger out of his den. He needed to keep the kits out of his den. I'll have to enforce it. he told himself. "You're paw is fine, you can walk around camp today." he mewed.

"It's really fun!'' He purred. "You make up all the moves, and you make the strategy.." He looked up at Shiverwhisker. "Why can't Ginger stay if I can?"
