(I like self force field, but he old have to he able to form it out of something. For fire it could be he can heat up the air around an object until there's fire, like when he's mad, or freeze something. I dunno, I'll talk to Synge. I really to like the force field though.)

Ren narrowed his eyes, but stayed quiet. His fingers where digging into his palms, but he didn't seem to notice. "Your 'puppy' is a mutt genetically engineered to kill Avian-hybrids." He muttered.

Storm shot him a sharp glare, but relaxed again. "He's right, I am genetically engineered, tought, and trained to hunt down the flock. It's in my blood. Also, all of you will out live me significantly." He didn't have a number on his neck yet but he knew it would come and he dreaded that day.

"Do you honestly think I care?!" I was going to prolong the inevitable for as long as possible because I was having a rather hard time letting go both physically and emotionally. This was all really stupid and it made no sense that he would have to leave. Everything he'd done had been for the good of the flock so there was no reason to make him go. He was created to kill us and he had yet to hurt a single winged child so I wasn't convinced yet.

Ren looked at the ground, his temper cooling. He didnt know what to do. "You can't just keep an eraser around the house." He grimaced. "What if he hurt Hiro? Then what would you do?"

Storm looked at Ren. "I already told you. I won't harm the Flock. And if I did, you have my full permition to beat me, kill me, or send me to the school and tell the wightcoats that I retaliated."

Determined to make him see things my way, I countered Ren's point with nothing but fact. "I left Hiro with him after he got hurt and he didn't lay a hand on him the entire time. Therefore, that is unlikely to happen. Ren please, give him a chance. He said he won't hurt anyone." Taking a deep breath I let out what had to have been the twentieth sigh in the last minute. I tightened my hold on Storm completely unwilling to give up just yet.

"Ren you're just being stupid now!" It was becoming clear that I would probably have to let Storm go but my body simply refused to comply. He was different in so many ways and it seemed as if I were the only one who could see that. He didn't even smell like the rest of the Erasers for crying out loud! They smelled like wet dog and foresty stuff, he smelled like pine trees and rain. I didn't want to give up this little piece of happiness even if I knew it had an expiration date.

"No. He's right Jinx. For all he knows I am part of a set up. Even though you and I know the truth, there is no way we will able to convince him of the truth." Storm wrapped his arms around Jinx and gave her a last hug and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "You and I both know that I will never be accepted in the flock." he whispered in her ear.
