Lionstride smiled and padded to the area around the Medicine cat den.
"This is the Medicine cat's den." He meowed, point to the pine tree with a large space between the branches and the ground. "RainClan's medicine cat works and sleeps here, he medicine cat is responsible for caring for the sick or inured."
He looked inside to see Darklight dozing inside his moss and fern nest.
"I don't recommend you poke your head in his den. He's not much of a heavy sleeper. You may look around the den though."

Angel nodded. She looked around in the den for a few moments, then returned to the main camp. How does he keep track of those herbs? It's incredible!

[reichenbach falls]

Skypaw watched the newcomer walk around camp. "After the tour, I'll introduce myself," he thought in his head. Angel, as he had heard her called, seemed preoccupied by something. And he noticed that she had hesitated at the Warriors' den. But why? Skypaw closed his eyes again. "I'll try to find out."

Larksong walked away from her leader and headed to the fresh kill pile. They never did get to hunt. "Maybe I'll take another patrol out later " she said aloud. But for now, she just grabbed a magpie from the pile and laid down at the edge of camp to eat. Angel looked as though she was excited about camp life, but would she keep her kittypet name or receive a true Clan name? Larksong chewed and thought about it.

CloudFlower started to yawn as she walked over to the freshkill pile, LightKit and TigerKit right at her tail, litterly.

Violetgaze
Violetgaze chuckled as she watched Tigerkit and Lightkit tag after their mother.
I wish I could have my own kits again.
She sighed and stood up.
Maybe someday...
She padded towards the fresh-kill pile and picked up a sparrow, mouse, and finch. She headed towards the elders' den and placed the fresh-kill outside the three roots. She peeked inside to see Thornfur and Foxrain dozing.
"Foxrain, Thornfur," She whispered, lightly prodding their side. "I have fresh-kill outside for you."

Thornfur
Thornfur blinked open his eyes.
"Huh? Who's there?" He rasped with a yawn. "Oh, it's just you Violetgaze."
He stood up and stretched.
"Fresh-kill?" He mewed with interest. "I'm starving!" He meowed and quickly walked outside, the smells of fresh-kill making him even more hungry.

CloudFlower picked out a small mouse. TigerKit said, " Can I try the mouse?" LightKit said, " I want to try that sparrow!" CloudFlower said, " You can't yet. When you're an apprentice, you can!"

LightKit said, " We're ready to become apprentices!" TigerkIT Nodded, " We're.. around 6 moons old!" CloudFlower rolled her eyes, " All right then, We'll see."

(O-O whoa, you should have told me. Mini Time-skip. Angel and Lionstride have finished having the tour.)

Ravenstar sat in his den, thinking about the happenings.
I still have to choose the new deputy... but there was something else too...
He thought hard about what he had forgotten to do.
Tigerkit and Lightkit's ceremony!
He quickly leaped out of his den and onto the branch beside the hole in the tree.
"Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath the ClanTree for a meeting!" He yowled loudly so everyone could hear.
He watched as the cats gathered.
Lionstride must be telling Angel what my announcement was about.
He thought as he spotted Lionstride speaking to Angel and padding forward to gather.
