(but I don't really have time for that right now anyway *shrugs*)
I only said that because it makes everything look a lot neater...but that's totally cool with me if you don't wanna join...

yeah personally the "lose the signature, small font" thing seemed a bit much even for me
...
on another note, I have been falling behind in my writing prompts and journals, so after I am home from vacation and have steady internet, I will be getting back on that.. especially since I'm being homeschooled from now on.
I don't check messages here. If you've found me through other websites or communities such as deviantART/Kiamaras, my characters are not for sale and never will be.

You'd be surprised at how many role plays do that =3=
It helps everything look neater, that's why I did that. I didn't know that it would be such a big deal... Already some literate people have already pmed me to say they're joining...Well anyway, I thought you guys might like it, I guess I was wrong...
Any who, question for you peeps;
Do you sometimes slip into third person when your writing in first? {or the other way around?}

@tigre; Yeah, I always find myself doing that! It's pretty irritating, but interesting at the same time. For me it happens when I'm just letting the thoughts flow without really thinking much about it.
Question for you all; does the plot summary of my novel sound too cliche/done way too many times before? Mind reading it and telling me what you think? -sorry it turned out kinda long-
Centuries ago, when the humans arrived in this land, they were both shocked and surprised to find that dragons were already living there. For years both races clashed; the humans fought for a home and the dragons fought to protect theirs. Eventually, the conflict let to a full blown war. But just as the armies were about to attack, four hooded figures stepped between them, speaking in the dragon tongue. They soon revealed that they were humans who had been spying on the dragons for several months; at first under orders to learn their weaknesses, but they quickly realized that the dragons were highly intelligent and beautiful creatures with a complex language of their own, as well as organized social systems. After much intense discussion, they convinced both the dragon and human races to come to an agreement so that it would never come to war again.
The four humans who had already proved their loyalty to the dragons would spend the rest of their lives among them. The dragons would share their secrets with them and grant them powers beyond their imagination, but at a price. These humans would act as the bridges between both worlds, and it was now their main priority to keep the peace. One went with each type of dragon; ocean, mountain, ice, and marsh. Once a month, on the new moon, they were to report to the human king to ensure that all was well and deliver any messages the dragons may have. And when the four original guardians died, their children were ready and waiting to take their place.
Hundreds of years later, the guardians have virtually disappeared, and the kingdom is in shambles. Dragon attacks have been becoming increasingly more frequent, especially in the smaller and unprotected villages of the kingdom. The surrounding forest has become a forbidden place, but not to Rebecca, a young woman who has grown up in a tiny village farm all her life. She is an orphan who was raised by a family who could not have children of their own; her only clue to her past was the small dragon claw necklace that had been around her neck since infancy. Rebecca was pushed aside when the couple who raised her was finally able to conceive, and the forest became her means of escape from a world that seemed to only want to cast her aside. She befriends Tristan, a young man living on his own after escaping his abusive father, and the two share a close bond.
But when William, the son of the richest lord in her village, began his search for a wife, it was Rebecca who caught his eye. Her adoptive parents did not give her a choice in the matter since they desperately need the money to save the life of their sickly biological daughter. Not wanting an innocent child's life on her hands, Rebecca reluctantly agreed to his proposal. On the eve of her wedding however, William showed his true colors and in a fit of drunken anger, lashed out at his fiancee. Rebecca fled to the forest out of fear. She was attacked by wolves and it was Tristan who found her and saved her; and it was that night that Tristan and Rebecca realized that they had feelings for each other. Still, she had already agreed to marry William. Just as she was about to head to the church the next morning, news came of another dragon attack on the village, and Tristan was one of the victims. Refusing to believe that he was dead, Rebecca once again headed into the forbidden forest, not really sure what she was searching for, but soon found herself face to face with a dragon; the very same dragon who's claw she wore around her neck.
Rebecca's first instinct is to flee, but before she is able to move the dragon's voice suddenly rings loud and clear in her mind. Even thought she was told her entire life that dragons were evil, stupid, and ugly creatures, the one standing before her was nothing less than beautiful. Mesmerized by the dragon, Rebecca listens as the creature explains that she is the direct descendant of one of the great guardians over the dragons; the only pure bloodline left. A great evil has come over the entire forest, poisoning the minds of even the strongest dragons and guardians alike, and Rebecca may be the only one left who can save them.
And that's where the main plot begins o3o
Sorry for any grammar errors and such, I tried to catch the ones I saw but I know there are more.
Obviously this is a longer novel idea, and I've been developing it for years now. Thoughts so far?
