Jack dodge and fired at it, emptying the clip. "I think it's dead." he said afterwards, walking over to her. "You hurt?"

She wiped hair out of her eyes,"I'm fine just the wake up call I hoped for." She joked wiped the blood off her cheek looking at the imp body of the creature.

Jack cursed, it had gotten her, "Here, let me see that wound." he said, walking over.

[Rats.]

"I'm fine really, it's only a scratch." She said trying to assure him.

He stopped, and nodded, "You're right." he said, then switched tracks, "What is that thing?" he asked.

[Rats.]

"Honestly, I don't know." She said bending down rolling it on its back,"but I've seen a creature like this before somewhere, but I don't know where." She said trying to think.

He walked p behind her and looked at it, "Ugly f*cker aint he?" he said looking at the all tom familiar face.

"yeah," she laughed standing up to face him,"I'm glad you were here." She said hugging him.

He returned the hug, giving he a kiss, brushing the blood away from her wound.
