"Meh, let 'em destroy a little first," Adonis told her with a grin and a charming wink. "It'll get it out of their systems before they're old enough to get in trouble for that sort of stuff." He chuckled to himself, imagining little dragons running about crushing trees like so many twigs, smashing rocks into bits of dust. His only wish was that one of the babies would end up with a jewel all their own -- not black like everyone else.

Medve smirked, "I'll give the oldest one a knife when she is about twelve. For protection, but yoy never know," she laughed a bit, "When I was nine I had a knife for protection, and I had to gut this one guy since he was trying to kidnap me and my sister. I had blood all over me," she said, remembering the time. "It was scary," she said. Medve blinked, looking over at Skippy who had a frightened look on his face.

Adonis tried not to be shocked at the fact that he wasn't quite shocked Medve was good with a knife, or that someone had given her a knife. He could see her perfectly in his mind, swinging the silver blade to protect herself and her sibling without a second thought about it. "She'll have a knife," He agreed with a nod. Surely any child of hers could be trusted enough to not mess around with such a serious thing, and he didn't want any child of his going unprotected for any period of time.

"Whoo! Maybe she could practice on a dummy, if we buy her one," she said. Skippy thought for a moment. "Wouldn't that be dangerous?" He asked. Medve shook her head, "Not if you teach them right," she replied, "And I don't think she'd come at us with a knife, threatning us, you know," she said.

"Maybe we can start her out with a dulled blade -- you know, so even if she slips or something, there's no harm." Adonis chimed in, picturing a little child swiping away at a dummy of some sort, although it was an odd image, and certainly not something he'd seen before or thought he'd see again.

Medve nodded, "Alright," she said with a nod. "Are we ready to go now?" She asked, looking from Adonks to Skippy. Skippy nodded, "Well, I am," he said, blinking as he looked over at the both of them.

"Yep. I've got to lock it up for the realtor, and then we're good as gold." Adonis nodded in agreement, jangling one of the keys on his finger. He headed towards the door, lingering a little as he looked around and smiled at their new home with delight.

Medve nodded, "Alrighty," she opened the fence gate, walking out with Skippy before she closed it, leaning over it to the little lock and locked it. Then, her and Skippy began to walk, knowing Adonis would catch up in a moment or two.

Adonis smiled as he locked up the front doors, then decided to take the closed gate as a challenge -- he took a few steps back, then ran forward and leapt over it like a hurdle, landing beside his friends with a chortle of delight. "I've still got it." He announced for no reason in particular, grinning at them playfully.

Medve watched as Adonis did so, raising her brows. "Nice job!" She said, "I couldn't do that, I would have to fly over it," she chuckled. Skippy smiled, "I would have ran right into the fence," he said, laughing a bit.
