"Huh. Your Cyndaquil seems wise for his years. I take it he's young, then? You really should try and train him to a fighting move. He'd try and protect you no question, but without a fire move, he'd probably risk getting himself killed tryin' to protect you."
He sighed, and murmured, "I know."

[Whistle.Concert]

"He's young, yeah." Leon said, giving a small nod. "Though he's really more sassy than wise. And I've been trying to train him. Hard to do so when no one wants to train with you...Mostly because he refuses to move his legs."
He looked over at the man, frowning slightly. "What was that? I didn't catch that.."

"I... nothing!" he said quickly. Damnit...

The other rogues had circled their way back to the cave the Magma children had taken refuge in. "Well... they're gone."
The Trainer turned on the other rogue. "Really!? I never would've guessed that without you telling me! C'mon, now we gotta go find him."
The electrician waited as the verbal assaults washed past him, then calmy suggested, "they're probably heading towards the Magma base."

[Whistle.Concert]

"If you say so.." Leon noticed the older man had become rather defensive very quickly, and while part of him wanted to just leave it be, another part of him wanted to pry, curious about the man's past. He'd mentioned having 'let' his family die before, and now this about his Pokemon?
"Huh...How curious.."

He'd seen that coming; the kid was smart, and he'd been way too fast in the cover-up. He sighed. "What's curious, kiddo?"
He could've tried to distract the boy with more flirting, but he was just too tired... It was his stock response to anyone prying, and he was just over it.

[Whistle.Concert]

"I'm just putting the pieces of our little conversations together.." Leon responded, putting his hands behind his head. "And trying to figure out what I can about you, Mr.Touchy Feely.."

He snorted. "Cute."
He raised his head, shooting the boy a look that read 'I mean exactly what I say.' "You keep calling me that, and I will go further than you want me to, without regard for your safety or welfare. Prove the nickname, in a way. So don't. You're welcome to call me by a nickname. Just find another."

[Whistle.Concert]

Leon just looked over, raising an eyebrow. "I'll see what I can come up with, then." He responded, before looking ahead, noticing a Pidgeot flying overhead. His eyes narrowed slightly, as he wasn't sure which team the bird belonged to, if it was in a team at all.

The pickpocket glanced up, too, although he didn't give it too much heed. After all, it was flying to Magma, and he was accompanied by a Magma member. He was about as safe as he could get.
That didn't extend to the others, though. Where are they?
"You let me know when you've figured that puzzle out," he murmured, not sure if Leon even heard him.

[Whistle.Concert]

"And if you look to the left you will see a member of our base down below~" Pidget cooed, mostly to herself. She was always had a bit of fun by pretending to be a tour guide on flights, and she really wasn't sure why. Even if Ashley couldn't understand her, she'd keep up her little chatter. "And if you look straight ahead, you will see the Magma base. We will be arriving in about five minutes, tops."
