He shook her hand, and smiled at her, "You are a very interesting person Vesta." he said.

"Thank you." She smiled and sipped her tea, watching as Ametye snaked his tongue out of his mouth, and snapped his jaws at a bird that was late home. "So, Doctor, what brings you to the park on a pleasant evening such as this?" She asked, raising an eyebrow a little, turning to face him.

Ametye snapped at a bird as it flew past and turned his head to watch Vesta and the man she was talking to. Looking back at the stars, he stood up and beat his wings and leapt into the sky. Wincing as he felt the ground crunch beneath his claws. 'I'm going to go for a little fly, I'll be back later.' he said to Vesta and then cut most of their mental connection.

"I was wandering through time, landed here, and continued to wander." he said with a shrug.

"Landed?" She asked, as she snapped her head towards Ametye as he took off. Shaking her head, she turned back to the Doctor.

[Rats.]

She opened the door to the apartment building, walked up a flight of stairs and unlocked her apartment she handed Jack his jacket and took hers off, laying it over the arm of the single brown couch she had in the living room. Sitting down she asked,"do you want anything?" She straightened the blanket she had laying over the back of the couch.
