Oekaki troubles?

Ah, every time I try to start up Oekaki it says my security system has blocked it due to it having an 'insecure or expired jre.' and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what that means or how to fix it?

You just need to update your Java, that's all.

Ah, when I try to download it, it cancels it because of 'insufficient permission'? ; v ;

Do you happen to be running Chrome? An older version of Chrome in particular? Because that error may occur then.
Try using another browser for the download to bypass the problem. c:

Unfortunately, no matter what other browser I use it on it says Java is corrupt and can't be downloaded.

It says Java is corrupt? O.o Are you sure you've uninstalled all older versions of Java?
