Star nodded "Sure" she paused "And i think it will be me protectung you for a bitbecause you dont know what comes out at night here" she said pinning her ears the sun was setting "And itlooks like a smallcave but its really big so follow me" she said galloping her arabian tail high

He galloped after her, whinnying happily. For family, a herd, for the foals. He entered the cave. "What comes out at night?" He asked gingerly, trying so hard to hide his accent.

"Youll see and also keep your accent i really like it" she said when they got there she walked in "Night is when most of the preditors come oit and hunt wolves are the most common but ive had my fair share of them" she explained

Baskus was shocked. Nobody like his accent. Well, if she does... "Well then, I did not know you like-d de accent... You like it, no?" He almost laughed. She LIKED his accent! 'Shes perfect' he thought.

Baskus smiled and nuzzled Star, breathing in her flower scent. "You, you are da perfect mare." He said softly. The cave was actually pretty warm and cozy. The heated sand felt soft to the hoof. "You want sleep now? Baskus will guard."

Baskus collapsed on the sand and nuzzled Star, letting her head rest on his shoulder. "Comfortable, my beautiful mare?" He asked, cuddling closer to the mare.

Rocky keeps to himself. He'll snake mares, but dislikes courting them, he believes it's a waste of time. He can be arrogant, but what can one expect from a stallion at his prime age? He doesn't treat his mares nicely, yet he doesn't neglect them, they are mares, only useful as power and foaling. He'll make sure to keep them all safe, sick mares are no use, and if a mare gets left behind Rocky will only go back if the mare left at her own will, if she is lagging from weakness, she will be left behind, he only keeps the strong mares. Call him insensitive, it's true. Rocky also takes the precautions of kicking out colts when they are weaned. The stallion trusts no one, not even a lead mare, and has a heart of ice, as cold as his eyes.

Blue is a feisty mare. She won't stop a fight, she'll jump right in. She uses her tough demeanor as a disguise for the pain she feels whenever she sees a herd. She despises herds and refuses to join them. If a stallion attempts to snake her Sorrow will fight back, if she's courted she'll bolt. Blue loves her freedom. She's very mischievous, and will tease stallions. She also loves speaking in riddles, confusing stallions and trotting away, head high if they don't answer.
History
Sorrow was born into a herd. She had a good life, moving around, her father was kind but when she reached the age of two he kicked her out, not wanting interbreeding. Lonely, she wandered around, looking for a herd to join, as it was all she knew. After a month of being alone she met a stallion she thought she could trust. Eagerly, she joined his herd. He was friendly to her, but then he grew more distant as he gained more mares. Soon he wanted a foal, and Blue, eager to please, agreed. When the foal was born, he was a black colt, he was brutally killed by his father. Shocked, Blue bolted, the stallion chased after her but soon gave up, as Sorrow's fear forced her on. When she was miles away she finally relaxed, but lives each day in fear of having to live through the horror again.

Honey is a very timid mare. She keeps to herself, and has little fight in her. The mare will obey any orders from a stallion and if asked to join a herd she will say yes, in fear that the stallion might attack. She tries to stay away from other horses, but she's quite bad at it. Honey often has panic attacks when she's reminded of the past, whether it be a place or a stallion's touch.
History
Honey was born into a herd. Her father had a temper the size of his ego, so she avoided him. Her mother taught her to be silent, and answer only when spoken to, and never speak out of turn, lest she be attacked. When she was three a band of young bachelors stole the herd away from Flame, her sire. A young stallion payed her much attention and soon left to make a herd of his own, taking Honey with him. With his kindness she started to come out of the protective shell she would disappear into whenever frightened. One fateful day a mountain lion attacked the stallion, whose name was Raven. Raven died trying to save her, and ever since then Honey has been alone, ridden with guilt.
