@Bravery| i have to agree with outlander. if he didn't like you before and suddenly likes you now because you're prettier, he's probably not worth it. he wants you as a physical thing, not personality-wise or any of that stuff. most likely, the relationship wouldn't work out because i doubt he'd honestly care about you. you want someone who likes you for you (and how you look is nice too). not just some guy that'd reject you and then suddenly come running when you became pretty.
though, if you did want to try with him, i'd be careful. as for texting, i don't really know. when you see him, is he ever checking his phone or responding to texts? maybe he's just one of those people that doesn't really use their phone.


andddddd on another note.
yesterday marked that my crush and i had been texting every day for one month straight.
he hadn't texted me all day, and i didn't want to seem weird/pushy/clingy and text him first, so i waited it out.
i told myself that if he didn't text me by 10:30 pm i'd text him first.
so 10:30 rolled around: nothing. i was sort of bummed out, but i waited till 11.
at around 11:15, i'm like, you know what, i'm going to text him.
so i begin typing out my text and i'm literally so close to pushing send,
when suddenly i receive a text message from him asking how my day went.
i literally rolled around in happiness for a lil' while C:

Erm, remember how he said he would text me tomorrow (yesterday now) after he had said goodnight? Well, he never did. I at first was a bit frustrated. He always texts me if he says he will. He hasn't not texted me if he says he will so far anyways. Then I figured maybe he would last night. He never texted me. I know it's a stupid reason to be frustrated, but I'm worried just a tiny bit. I don't know whether something happened or he simply forgot. I know it's a very likely chance that he could have just forgot, something happened to his phone, etc., and I shouldn't really worry. I can't help but wonder if something happened though.

This was more a rantish and for me to just get my feelings out. No response is necessary. lol

trust me, i've been there.
where i'm all worried that shoot, maybe he doesn't wanna talk, or he's avoiding me.
but usually his phone died, or his parents stole him for a moment, or something else.
it's possible he forgot too, no big deal, or that he was just busy.

I'm not really looking for advice.. I just need to think things through a bit.
So I'm a lifeguard at our local pool. The last couple days I worked, I've notice this guy named Antony has been giving me a lot of attention. I'm not sure if it's in my head or not. He don't really talk to me much, but I can tell he's noticing me. He makes sure he's always the one who takes my place during rotation. And today we had an Inservice thing and I got dehydrated. It was pretty bad.. But he was the only one who asked if I was okay. It's not a whole lot of information to base anything off of, but I can definitely tell he's been talking more interest in me. I don't know what to think of it ;~;

I want to tell him how I feel, but I feel like he'd take it as a joke and not seriously... I'm also extremely shy and I never talk to anyone... That and I don't want to ruin our friendship because I don't have anyone else to talk to when my parents argue and I like that he's there for me Idk what to do if anyone knows how to help me or has any ideas, pm me or answer on here, I'm just confused and idk what to do but that's pretty common for me lol

About 6 months ago, I pretty much stopped even thinking about relationships to give myself a break and it really has been good for me. I've been in 4 relationships (2 of them were really bad and 2 of them were ok) I've been through pretty much everything so I will be giving advice.

Ok, I'm just going to say flat out to never assume he has a crush on you. Guys tend to play around a lot and if you assume that they like you, they may really not. A guy that if I told everybody what he used to do to me they would say he liked me and he really didn't.

Second of all, you can make the first move, just don't ask for a really serious relationship, just maybe go out and getting snow cones or something. Don't make it like "OMG I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MARRY ME" because if you just make it kind of casual, then if he really doesn't want to, then it wouldn't affect your friendship that much.
