It's a music place. It's very haunted. It even warns you on they're sign that they are not responsible for the actions of the spirits

I've been there. I got scratched on the leg and punched in the nose.

and I'm ready to jump, yeah I'm ready to swim
life is chances that are taken but nothing's ever broken
they're just pieces on the ground, new hands need to build them

I've heard if the spirit wasn't very nice when they died, they most-likely wouldn't change in the afterlife. That spirit may have been very fiesty...
