Shiverwhisker dipped his head. "Nice to meet you Ginger. I have two apprentices of my own right now, so I cannot take on another." he told her, hating to disappoint her. He didn't have the room in his den to do so. He looked toward where she was pointing, notting his head once to the red-pelted she-cat. He came to a small pile of prey, grabbing a single mouse from it. He wasn't hungry. "If you're hungry, you can take something from here." he told her.

Flustered, Shadowpaw stopped in his tracks. He had been so focused on having Songpaw's wounds revived that he had forgot the location of her liking. "Er-right. The river," he stuttered as he began to feel his ears and cheeks grow hot. The black tom tasted the air once more to catch the crisp, moist scent of the river. Under all the musky scents of the SunClan cats, he was able to trace out the slightest bit of a fishy stink, and wrinkled his nose as he was directed towards the river. Why must fish stink so much?! Remembering what Songpaw had inquired about, he hesitated, then said, "Unfortunately I have not been in any patrols lately..I'd say that this is the first time I've been outside of camp in a few days. It's quite shameful that I've been loafing about in camp while you and the rest of the clan work and hunt."

"Maybe later we could do a bit of hunting togather. I haven't been really doing anything either." She told him as she layed on his back,"And if you get a little tired of carrying me, I can always lean on you." She told him as her tail flickered a few moments.

"It is fine, I would like to watch the progress if I would be allowed to." She mewed. She flicked her tail. "No, I'm not hungry." She paused. "I think I'm going to drag Dust back to camp before he does something stupid." She chuckled. "He does that a lot."

Sprucepaw flicked her tail. She shrugged lightly at his mention of the vole, knowing that the Clan might be a bit surprised to see the medicine cat apprentice bringing back prey rather than herbs. "Sure. What did you find?" she meowed softly, twitching an ear towards the black-and-white tom.

Pistachio pricked his ears, he used his paws to uncover something in the dark hay. Rummaging through the small straws. The Tom uncovered a white squirrel. The squirrel was dead. There weren't many white squirrels, but there were some. On that squirrel was necklace. Here. When I went back to my humans awhile back I seen this on the ground. My old owner used to own it, but I want you to have it."

Flamepaw nodded, watching the water. She saw a fish and hesitated for a few seconds, unsure if she should try to catch it. She pounced, sending water droplets flying into the air. She returned a few seconds later with the fish in her mouth.

She padded a step closer, ears twitching. She saw the squirrel, paying attention to the odd color of it, then noticed the object set on it. She tilted her head, giving it a cautious sniff. "Me?" Sprucepaw jerked back her head and gazed at the tom. "T-thank you...what do I do with it?" She couldn't think what such an object might do--nor where she would put it, on second thought. What would anyone of the Clan say if they saw her with it?

Loudstep heaved a heavy sigh as he slept, mind still stirring with thoughts about Skylark. Was she angry with him? Worried? Sad? He had no idea, but he did want to see her again. His ginger stripped side heaved again, breath heavy. His seemed to furrow his brow, tail flicking across the empty ground.
