Age Chart wrote:0-2 months: Dunes learn the basics from their "Blessed" couple or Tribe Nurse/Aid.
1-2 years: Earn their tribal markings and establish sub rank, if any.
10 years: Most maximum length of life.
About Tribes wrote:✷Groups of Nantego are known as "Tribes"
✷Tribes consist of as few as 5 Nan to as many as 15.
✷Tribe rules and regulations are set by the Tribe leaders.
About Breeding wrote:✷Two Nantego, usually of opposite gender but not limited to it, can only reproduce with the help of a blessed stone.
✷They both sleep at the stone overnight and one to three dunes spawn by morning.
✷Mated Nantego will not spawn with others unless it is their mate, even after their mate passes away or they become unmated.
✷One to Two is common for mated Nantego, Three is uncommon.
✷One is common for unmated Nantego, Two is uncommon and three is rare.
✷If the "blessed" couple is broken apart or run off from the blessed stone before the end of the night it can result in deformed or uncomplete dunes or no dunes at all.
Ranking System wrote:Main Ranks
Leader - self explanatory
Vice - controls tribe when leader is unable to; becomes leader when former leader steps down or passes away if there is no full grown prodigy available.
Fighters - every able bodied, full grown nantego automatically receives this rank when they shed into their markings and/or grow spikes.
Dunes - still growing and learning nantego that are young and inexperienced; don't have spikes or markings.
Sub Ranks
Prodigy - usually saved for heirs to the leader rank but can be earned by striving to be the best.
Pedigree - can have more than one mate; are encouraged to mate with as many as possible to keep the tribe alive.
Herbalist - essentially the healers of the tribe; usually only one and not usually allowed a mate to keep treatment equal of all members.
Blacksmith - makes the armor for the less fortunately armed nantego (those without spikes).
Nurse/Aid - They are usually great with young and are exceptionally fertile, raise and watch the dunes to ensure their survival to adulthood for the tribe.
Scout - faster and stealthier than most; they look for new territory or spy on other tribes to keep track of current events or warn of oncoming attacks.
