Perhaps the 2010 clockwork bunny should be moved to the top of this list? Forgive me if I'm wrong, but it doesn't seem to have the best demand. And it can't be rarer than the dutch/lilac bun, could it? Just my opinion ^^

The lilac dutch bun went very rare in May 2012. The clockwork has been very rare since it came out? For as far as i know, the clockwork bun has plenty of demand. There's a whole bunch of hoarders out there who pick up the clockworks pretty fast, and i don't see them often in trades?

The clockwork is a store pet. They are almost always VR - but I agree he has still a good demand and its not easy to get unless you find someone desperate for anoher pet.

Not all store pets are very rare from the start :P The gryphon dogs for example, were rare a bit before going very rare. That's why i added a question mark, as i don't remember if the clockwork bun was a rare when it came out or if it was very rare right from the start ^.^

the demand for the clockwork isn't like the marronette is true, but i have had 3 clockwork bunnies and 3 of them traded, they seem to be the only advent bun with demand to me

one got traded for a marrionette
one a pink husky
and one a TWA, (Along with 140+ VC)

so to say they have the demand of a lilac bunn is untrue, i only have them for about 13 hours before i get a trade

I thought the buns were always rarer ^^; sorry!
And I do remember the clockwork was always VR. Most people had preferred the marrionette, so they bought it instead, and therefore less clockworks were around. I think the
Marrionette dog fluctuated between rare and VR in it's first couple months ^^;

On the Malk Leopard Appaloosa...I think it is one that possibly should be considered- I hoard them, have hoarded that entire litter for the past two years. It does seem to have some demand (I try to keep an eye on it, since they are my favorite horse litter.), and has gotten harder to find. (probably due to the Malk appaloosas not seeming to get rereleased in 2012.) I get a bucket load of trades for mine all the time. xD Probably a low tier, yes...but I do think it has potential. Sorry if I make no sense.

Great idea for the list. I would factor in the Aussie PPS, demand is crazy for it, and perhaps the Winged Wood Angel(The pet that is white with a wood like texture)'s litter mate. Maybe some of the Rainbow Drafts, and the Christmas Zebras might work.

I'm not an expert so I might be misguided, but I don't think the guinea pig is rare enough at all. He's from 2010, and he was rare for quite a while before turning VR. Most of the pets on this list are '08s or very early '09s.

I disagree about the WWA's litter mate. It just turned rare, and was uncommon for quite a while. Although people might want it now that it's rare, and demand has sky rocketed for it (considering it just being a new '09 rare) I don't think it belongs on the list.

I might be wrong, however, and this is just my opinion, but I deem the WWA's litter mate too common to be on this list.

Then yeah, I agree with F o x. Still pretty common. It was labeled "uncommon" not that long ago.

But if you're talking about this one:

It's the bottom tier of the Advent List.

As for these:
